Which seems to be rarer and rarer to find in this town when it comes to doing business with people. Fast forward four months later... For my second project, I needed custom artwork installed as perforated images on my front windows. I was going to hire another company who specifically advertised this type of work. The owner of this other company was extremely flaky. I had to do two follow up phone calls and email him the same week I first contacted him. He kept giving me flimsy excuses as to why he took so long. Well, guess what buddy? You won't be getting any business from me! Buh-bye! I mean, seriously. How hard it is to follow up with people who intend to pay you for a job?? I'm a business owner. I'm ALL about customer service. I don't understand how these other small companies are still around! After wasting my time with the other company, I then remembered Ikon Signs and how pleasant Marcela was to talk to. (The reason I didn't contact Ikon Signs to begin with, was because I thought all they did were signs.) So I called Marcela. Immediately got ahold of her. Asked her if they did perforated images for windows. She said they did. We got the quote and agreement done the same day. I sent her the images two days later.
