He and a fellow Officer were towed to Yearwoods. In the morning, fearing the worst, they returned to Yearwoods. Adam Yearwood took a look at the car, and could have easily sold them a transmission or a re-build. Instead, he flushed the transmisssion, re-filled all of the fluid, took it for a test drive, and told them that it had simply overheated! Then he rotated one of the tires to put the one with the least wear on the right front (drive wheel) and sent them on their way. Total bill $117.... These people are what makes America great!!! I asked the tow driver if he wanted to come back after we found a ride so he wouldn't have to wait so long since we had no where to wait and he said it was okay. When I did find a ride, the tow truck driver said he was on another job and I had to wait until he was finished and he would call me back. He never returned my call. When I tried to call the next morning, they were very rude and hung up in my face after refusing me service because I wouldn't let them pick up the truck the night before. I tried to explain to them why and they said they didn't care if me and my kids didn't have any where to wait, they were not coming back to help. There are hardly any shops in the area as is. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! "Plus they'll complain they are too backed up" to take any more jobs. They are biased and pick and choose who they want to help despite me being a willingly paying customer!! I just don't get it!
