Today, I got my car washed at the Eden Prairie car wash. Very long lines which ended with 3 lanes…read moreconverging into the wash. The manager knocked on my closed window indicating I needed to move over to the left. First rule. There are certain things you do not touch unless you are given permission. A person''s car is one of them. Secondly your lack of planning, engineering and direction does not constitute an emergency for me. I looked at the manager and then looked forward with a blunt flat affect which is deserving of the chaos outside my car that was happening . A suggestion would be to place an employee in the middle of the lane after the gates to direct which car is next in line This might help solve the problem. It is a cluster of chaos after the gates. and that would indicate a defect in your system. I hope you get it fixed. Thanks Erich Levinson

I was called and told that I needed new brake pads and rotors. I assumed that this recommendation was for the scraping noise or the maintenance light since I didn't ask for anything to be done with the brakes. Bad assumption. They took it upon themselves to take advantage of the opportunity and to sell me services I didn't ask for. Then they took it even farther and told me I needed new calipers (for the brake pads and rotors I didn't ask for)...oh, and by the way, everything was torn apart so i couldn't take it elsewhere at this point. The total bill was over $2000. oh, and the scraping noise? they finally told me afterwards that it was a heat shield scraping against something -- easily fixed and had nothing to do with the brakes. And the maint light? it just due for an oil change. That could have been resolved with $99 but they tried to sell me another $1400 of services to replace an ABS wiring harnness and noted there was an error code for that. i finally recognized the pattern and declined this make-believe nonsense. I have elected to take the vehicle elsewhere for the oil change service. Who knows what other mysterious ailments they discover opening the hood!!!

This BP seems to be a part of Bobby and Steve's Auto World. You can get your car fixed, tires changed, gas pumped, and munchies satisfied all at one convenient location. It's across from a shopping plaza with a Target. If I were getting my car fixed, I'd be fine shopping across the street for hours. BP pumps are friendly towards Canadian credit cards. Normally, I insert mine and it prompts for a ZIP code. Ugh! This pump did not. I was related! I paid at the pump and all went well. Easy breezy. There were a number of gas pumps that were available. This station was clean. I had a great experience here. I like BP even more. (398)

Used the "contact us" email link on their website 2X. Useless, they never replied back. Stopped by in person for info. The cashier said that day was booked solid, but said to return next day, early morning to drop off car and get shuttle ride home. Return visit dropped off car and I asked about the ride. The cashier had the deer in the headlights look and asked "what ride?" Cashier called around and found out that yes, they did have a shuttle. Left my car and they would call when it was ready. At home they called back that my car ready to be picked up. I said there should be a shuttle picking me up. Got the "what ride?" response again. Then they asked me what's your address. They already had it on the order when I dropped off the car. They copied it direct from my ID, and now they can't find it? WTF? Cashier called around again and found a shuttle.
