Even after reviewing the menu online, the counter-ordering process can feel a bit overwhelming on your first visit, especially since the menu boards don't line up exactly with what's shown online. No worries, though--the staff is very helpful and happy to guide you through their many great options. My tablemates all enjoyed their selections, and I was very pleased with my Gyro Melt Combo. From the makers who brought you Marietta Diner comes Yeero Village. It's a different style of restaurant compared to that of their predecessors that have become Atlanta staples (Cobb County). The ordering style is that of a fast food joint The service is that of your typical restaurant where they bring the food out to you. So the restaurant itself is very hybrid in terms of how they go about their business. This place is well lit, spacious, and homely yet corporate enough to pass as a franchise type joint. Seats roughly 90 people or so between 4 top tables and booths. It's clean, quaint, and with the traditional Greek soundtrack playing the background, they want you to sort of feel like you're looking at the Aegean Sea while a lyre is playing in the background... but really you're looking at Publix so they can only do so much. Let's go with the food... It's Yeero Village. So I had to try the traditional Greek style Gyro. There is something to be said for the attempt at authentic and it seems like they do it right here. The meat isn't the beef/lamb conglomerate we are all used to when we think "gyro". Here, for it to be authentically Greek, the meat is pork based, not beef based which is typical of the Americanized gyro, which is an interesting take. But rest assured, the gyro was flavorful!!! They married the flavors of the meat which was tender as all get out, the tzatziki sauce, and tomatoes all were balanced and intermingled well. And the pita was fluffy The salad was a bit disappointing. The romaine was shredded and you can't really get a good forkful. The dressing was tart. Too many tomatoes. And just three Kalamata olives??? Come on!!! I did opt for the Greek style potatoes which, I'm glad I did because they were cooked in a way that the flavors seemed to be infused into the potatoes which I was a big fan of! I also had to grab their rice pilaf. The rice was pillowy yet had an al dente texture to it that made each forkful all that more enjoyable! All in all, the folks who brought us Marietta Diner definitely had an idea and developed this place nicely! At $14.95 for a gyro combo with a side of your choice plus the aforementioned salad with tax and your choice for a tip, it's a good $16-$17 meal which is comparable to that of fast food or Panera just a few blocks down! I was so happy to see a Mediterranean Greek restaurant in the area, especially since they have drive-through which makes it so inconvenient. I have had my fair share of Greek food and this is by far, the best I've ever had! Ive passed this place a few times and always said I'd stop in one day and I did today! Yip Yip Yeeray for Yeero Village! Super interesting concept for a fast and casual restaurant but also offers drive-thru services. FOOD: Everything was super flavorful and cooked to perfection. I have no notes on what could've been better. I was worried the lamb chops would be gamey and smell like lamb but the seasoning and sauce blocked any smell and paired well with the lamb. The potatoes both ways are so good. The fries are crispy but soft inside and the potatoes are fluffy and seasoned well. It looks like they partner with Marietta Diner because they have a big selection of pastries and cakes up front. We couldn't resist and tried a couple and they were all phenomenal. Hard to go wrong when you combine cake and cheesecake together. SERVICE: You order at the counter and then find a seat but they bring you your food. The owner or manager is very welcoming and friendly. He seemed glad to give recommendations and answer any questions we had. The other staff were helpful as well whenever we needed something and checked up on us a couple times. OVERALL: I would highly recommend anyone to visit and dine in, as I can't speak for takeout. The 96 "Health Score", was an absolutely WONDERFUL start!! They are a part of the same family as Marietta Diner, Pasta Bella and a few others that are escaping my mind right now. Needless to say, I've eaten at all of their various other affiliates except for 2 and have ALWAYS been happy with my experience, so you can now add Yeero Village to the satisfaction list. So glad I stopped by for dinner after passing this place a million times. The menu is big and they have so many desserts! You order at the counter and the food is brought to you/cleared for you. The meat was good and doft but there wasn't much to compliment it outside of some tomatoes. Wish it had more veggies or lettuce/maybe a sauce to bring some acid to the flavor profile. I tried the souvlaki chicken wrap as a combo for $15. Loved it. The chicken was so tender and had that roasted exterior. The ratio with the pita could have been better though. There wasn't enough meat for the pita size so I had to rip off a bunch of pita before getting to meat. The combo comes with fries and a Greek salad that were both great. Oh, and a free fountain drink! The workers were very friendly too. This place is very interesting, I think built inside of an old maybe Arby's or Wendy's but I was intrigued so I decided to check it out. My order was to go so I do not have pictures but I got the falafel wrap and Greek fries and my friend got a shawarma wrap. When we first walked in, there were delicious cakes and Greek desserts on display, so it felt a bit like a diner. They also had a big beautiful olive tree in the middle of the restaurant, comfy seating, and fun instrumental music in the background. I was so excited to see Yeero Villiage come to town, they have taken over the old Arby's building and it is looking fantastic. The place is all dressed in their signature colors ( Royal Blue, White and Gold ) I must say.....I am a huge fan of the entire brand, from the Marietta Fish Market to the Marietta Diner with all the yummy desserts. I have dined at them all. This location has a drive thru and gives the impression of a fast food restaurant when first entering, but after taking a seat, it's really quite nice. Really nice ambiance with complementary Greek music.-lol There are a lot of great options for vegetarians, but of course I went ahead with my favorite and ordered the falafel wrap platter, which came with a side item and a beverage. I ordered the french fries, it also came with a Greek salad and amazingly flavorful Greek dressing. I dined alone, and specifically told the cashier that I was eating in.... just so I could get the full dining experience, she had my food packed to-go ( side eye ) for me and someone brought it to my table. I was greeted a few times while waiting and the guy that brought my food out was nice and told me to please stay and enjoy my food, he even offered to unpack it. However.....the bust boy/waiter was not so friendly, he definitely ignored the heck out of me, as I was trying to ask for a different sauce for my wrap. My salad was lovely, the falafels were prepared just as I like them, the wraps were perfect, but the garlic sauce may have been a bit too authentic for my liking. The food is exceptional. I order through the drive-through on my lunch break. The service is quick enough, but the food quality really stands out. The traditional (beef and veal) Gyro and traditional Greek Panini are wonderful. A Gyro at a diner tastes like cardboard after trying Yeero Village. There is a lot of flavor in the meat, and the tzaztiki side has an incredible flavor that has a balance of tang and dill. It must be home-made. I love the wedge french fries, as well as the greek salad. They provide a large portioned salad if you choose that as a side. My favorite lunch. read more

My husband ordered 4 kids meals (3 chicken and 1 traditional) for our daughter and her friends and was denied a tzatziki sauce. He asked for it in the beginning when he pulled up and the girl at the window (the one with glasses) said yes that she would give him one. When she gave him the order she told him no after he asked her if there was one in the bag. She told him that the chicken gyros has honey mustard and that's the reason why she can't give him one and only for traditional one. Well we ordered 1 traditional one so why was we denied the tzatziki sauce? He told her he would have paid for it-then she asked him if he wanted one. He told her never mind and left. He told me what had happened after our daughter asked about the tzatziki sauce. That is not good customer service. This is actually the worst way for a customer to not come back! What happened to hospitality? We were denied something when she told us yes the first time and then no when after receiving the order. That's horrible! I don't know if that was management or the cashier at the window that wanted to change it up on us. Because of this reason we will not be coming back. You guys lost a good customer that gave rave reviews on your place. Not anymore! Denying a paying customer a condiment is ridiculous. A .50 cent item lost you a consistent customer. What a shame. Learn how to treat your customers with some good hospitality. Not giving them a condiment as petty as a tzatziki sauce is not a way to run a business. This is to management: train your workers to not lie to the customers. Lying to customers just because they are too lazy to actually go get something you asked for is unacceptable.
