Once the claim was approved, the contract between me and Jagris was clearly written, being simple, transparent, and free of the confusing fine print that is often found in home repair agreements. When a business makes me come to the door to listen to a pitch, it's soliciting. I put up my "no soliciting" signs because when I'm having a bad day with my health issues, it's a serious struggle to answer the door. Plus, I never can afford whatever is being pitched anyway. The "no soliciting" sign saves me the physical struggle and saves your business some time.
