He even waited past the time it had ended for me to get off work, so he could do the walk through with me. He went through every detail of his report with me, and his findings. We went to each room with no issues and no rushing. He even gave us a handbook to go by for in the future. On the final report-I loved how we get to see actual pictures or video of the areas of concern or findings; with recommendations on how to get this handled/fixed. The kicker is at the end of the report IF U HAVE KIDS LOL--It says the home is Monster Free. We loved it. I am really glad we used his company. He came out to my new build to inspect it for me. I was having issues with my builder not wanting to fix issues I felt would be problems later down the road. My builder wanted to just cover up the "mistakes" with sheet rock and installation, I wasn't having it. Zack came out, I didn't point anything out, I just let Zack do his thing. He found more than I knew about. So, I called the bank and told them not to release any more money to the builder until those items were fixed. My builder took the report and fixed all the issues!
