I called to get a cab one night and the dispatcher started being rude and complaining because I was across town. He swore over the phone then the cab showed up and wasn't much better the way he drove and rushed me across town I'm surprised I made it. They had no class car was messy and don't have any people skills and the female manger is even worse when you say something. The place should be shut down. read more

Where do these companies hire people? Was stuck behind a yellow cab this am, there is no possible way this man has a driver's license. While driving on West Chestnut, he stopped as he passed every street, yes almost like a bus. It was almost like he thought that was protocol when driving down a busy street, to randomly stop at every corner, despite the fact there were no stop signs. I was stuck behind this buffoon for longer than I wanted, he never used a blinker, drove 20 mph under the speed limit, and was swerving all over the road to boot. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I called the cab company at 10:35pm on a Thursday night to be picked up from the train station and was informed that there was a 30 minute wait, to which I replied "Perfect! My train gets in at 11, so I'll wait a few minutes. No worries." The woman said that was fine and she'd send someone. Fast forward to 11:30 - it's raining, I'm at a dark train station by myself, two creepy men are walking around with a pitbull, no cab in sight. I call the cab company back and speak with a man who informs me that no woman works dispatch at this company and I must've called someone else. "But this is the number I called - I just hit redial." He says nope, not possible, I never called there. Come to find out, he didn't start his shift until 11, so how would he know?! And when I asked him to check for a record of my call, he said there was none. "Well, can you please send someone to pick me up anyway?" Apparently that will take AT LEAST a half hour. I ended up waking up my friend in the middle of the night to come get me. Worst cab experience of my life. I will never use them again. Ever. I'd rather have walked. read more

Yellow cab has changed over the last few years . People need to understanding being the only can company in Brockton and having a lot. Of. Business with the hospitals and other health care business they have became priorities do to accounts they have so right when they get them they have to be dealt with . It's kind of sad when no one can say anything nice about a company that tries their hardest . I've been dealing with them for year and things are getting better . I'd also give zero stars if it was possible. First of all, I called them and before I could finish telling the person on the phone where I needed to go, he just hung up on me. I immediately called back, and this time noone would pick up. 10 minutes later I call again, and this time I get to tell the guy where I needed to go, and I get attitude. Really? **zero** absolutely horrible and a joke of a company. I called for a taxi at 6pm from the train station and gave then my eta at 628. I get there there is no taxi. It's winter and it is cold outside .I called and the dispatcher said it was near by . 6:45 still no taxi - I called the dispatcher said he had to make another stop and will be there shortly. 7:00pm still no taxi I called again I the dispatcher and he said he was on the way. 7:15 the taxi arrives with someone in the passenger seat - asked if I called for a taxi and I said - "yes a long time ago".- he then replies "do you want the f***** cab or not" as I sit inside the cab he then asked " do you have the money up front?" - told him that's unheard of to drive to my destination . As he is driving I called the dispatcher to get the manager information - I told him " I can't believe people pay for this service and they should take out a portion of my trip for waiting in the cold for so long" ( a pretty reasonable request in my opinion) . Upon hearing that the driver slams on his break - I almost hit my head on the glass separation - and said "if you're not going to pay get the f*** out. At this point I had enough - took down his info and got out the taxi . As the driver supposedly named "john" from supposed cab #10 continued to blur out all sorts of disrespectful things. I have never been so disrespected in my life!! I got out and called Cowens they were there in 1 minute. read more

I was late for an appointment on Tuesday because, after leaving me waiting for 30 minutes, my driver apparently stopped to pick up fast food before coming to get me. He arrived with another person sitting in the front seat with a fresh greasy meal. You couldn't have picked me up before going for takeout? Appalling. Call Cowen's instead. read more
