Anyway, the story aside, I have to say that I have had the most pleasant and satisfactory experiences with SS taxi for more than four years. I just didn't think about it until I wanted to recommend a taxi to my friend. They've even helped me drive to the casinos with my dog, 110 pound Doberman. These are good people and that's what matters to me. The price is always fair. The drivers were always considerate and they respond quickly. Yeah I'd say they're pretty good! Lol.

You've got clean bathrooms (a luxury), snacks that are necessary, enough caffeine to wake the dead, random magnets and keychains you didn't know you needed, and fuel for your trusted steed. We were properly welcomed by Dino the Dinosaur out front, who stands there like, "Yes. You have arrived." This TA was extra special!! Fresh-ground Colombian coffee and the absolute legend herself, Miss Patti. She expertly guided us to cups of coffee strong enough to keep our drivers eyes open all the way to the next destination. Miss Patti was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and the human embodiment of good vibes!! Such great hospitality!!! Thank you!! We left fully caffeinated, well cared for, and energized. These was only one time I ever had a…read morebad driver who was rude and overcharged me, and when that happened I called the company and they took care of it. To me they've showed that they really care about their customers, a lot of customer service just pretends to care about complaints and then forgets about it, but that didn't happen here.
