After I got the car it rattled so bad, with trying to decide if I wanted to drive 2 hours listening to it rattle and other obstacles I wasn't going to make my appointment, I took the car back. I had it approximately 1 1/2hrs. They changed me the full amount. I know they need to change but $117.00 for 1 1/2 hrs. I then called customer service told them, they were going to have someone call, still waiting for that call. NEVER WOULD I RENT FROM THEM AGAIN

I explained what was happening and I was told I could bring the car in. After a transmission drain and fill (about 2 hours due to the transmission needing to be warmed up to a specific temperature to check the level properly) we were back on the road and it resolved my issues. They were honest, fast and best of all fair in their pricing. They didn't gouge me or overcharge me for being in a bind. This is a true mechanics shop. They don't have a luxury waiting room with TVs and fancy coffee and snacks. Just simple seats to wait there if you must. I was actually excited when I saw that. Maybe I'm old school but I prefer a shop that is about fixing the cars right for a fair price and about their craft. If you are traveling Route 66 this year with the big 100th year or just in the area and are having issues, I highly recommend this shop.
