THis was the Newport Branch and it has a consistently bad online rating, maybe Yellowcab should look at that. Then when I called thier contact center told me to go online, redo the entire order again and pay online, I told them where to shove that. I rang yellow cabs hotline to talk to a manager and they wanted to send me an email with a link to pay, it was now after midnight and the order has not even started, why the %#@$%@$@ do they think I am going to sit around another hour for them to make and deliver pizza. Any decent pizza chain, given this is their fault, would have done something resembling customer service.
