This company should just quit while they are ahead. Can't even afford to pay for their domain to keep their website up. I'm sure none of you have more than one job. Anyways. This driver of cab 87 was doing about 100 before I called dispatch. Dispatch answered and looked at his GPS and actively acknowledged that he was speeding. After she got an ear full she asked me to go ahead and come up to the store to confront her. I'm sure these are just such god fearing Christian's they could never do wrong. If you want an adrenaline fueled cab ride along with a chance of a serious wreck and or death I'm sure this company is the correct choice. Sure would be interesting to see how many tickets the company has in total!!! read more

My elderly parents used this service to go to/from the Amtrak station recently. Here's my mother's review: "Last Friday was a pleasant experience, driver was a helpful, mannerly gentleman. He was neat, clean & the cab was clean, inside & outside. On the return trip, I called before we arrived as was suggested to me . The cab was pretty beat-up looking. I had purse across body, was pulling small suitcase, carrying a tote bag. Driver looked untidy, grungy, made no move to get out to help. I asked if he was going to help with luggage. He asked if I wanted him to 'pop' the trunk. I replied that we needed help with luggage & the doors. He did help, but made it evident that he didn't want to. I asked him if he was there in response from my call. Not sure exactly what he said. When we gave him our address, he asked how to get there. We had to give him directions to our house. On the way, he drank some water & then strangled...... I wondered if he was ill. When we arrived, I asked him the fee. It was about $2.00 more than last Friday. I asked him why it was more than last Friday. He said there'd been increases causing rate to go up. He made no offer to open doors, help get our luggage out UNTIL I told him we needed help. Reluctantly, he set luggage out of trunk. I did tip, but not as much as last Friday & with very mixed feelings. I wanted to call the cab company. If I had, I would have complimented the Friday driver, suggested that today's driver get some training; dress, manners, courtesy, have clean cab (inside & outside), etc." read more

I use this cab company for a ride to the local regional airport. And I was pretty satisfied with the vehicles condition. The vehicle wasn't trashy but it was as clean as I expected it to be for taxicab and they came within five minutes of calling. They even waited an additional five minutes while I return my rental car. The driver was well spoken and drove with A sense of urgency and I did not feel threatened in any way (he didn't drive like a maniac). I was I reach my destination in a timely manner and I paid a fair price. read more

Horrible experience. They were 45 minutes late, so I called them. They assured me someone was on the way. They showed up shortly thereafter. The cab smelled horrible, a combination of smoke and something else, even though there was a "no smoking" sign on the door. The driver was dirty and very rude. I told him to cancel the ride and called an Uber which was a very good experience. Stay away from this company. read more

Sucks. I called to get a taxi at 4:15am to go to the airport. At 4:30 the taxi was not arrived yet so I call to ask how long is going to take before it comes to pick me up. The lady says that she's gonna send the first available driver asap. I wait another 10/15 minutes and still no taxi. I call back to tell her that I need to catch a flight and that I'm in a hurry. She says to not worry and that the taxi it's going to come soon. She also sounded pissed when I asked her. End of the story is I got an uber b the taxi never arrived after she assured me two times that it was coming. This company is trash and the customer service is horrible read more

This was a fine service. It was comfortable, I felt safe, and the drivers were generally nice. I give it a 4 instead of a 5 because I think they need to add more cabs. It seems to be a popular service, so I think they would more than well make up for it. read more
