A business that prays on individuals in a time of crisis / trouble shouldn't be allowed to operate a business ever. Chris really makes me question humanity, he swoops in like a hero and good talked, then charges way to much, don't question him, because he will become unhinged, very sad. I wish I saw these reviews before using them. I too question the RCMP for using them, a federal service should fully vet a company they use. I will raise my concern with the RCMP.

DO NOT TRUST. VERY SKETCHY…read more I am very disappointed as I tried to support local, and spent over $9000 to get my vehicle fixed, just to get stolen from. I would not recommend , very sketchy. Got my dodge journey fixed here... when I picked it up, the family pulled up in their dodge journey, & started grabbing THEIR things, such as DVDs, Burger King garbage (no Burger King located in strathmore btw) and toys out of MY VEHICLE. Also had at least 5,000 km added. Not long later, I had to bring my vehicle in due to shaking.... to find out my front right inner and outer tie rods AND ball joint was LOOSE. They let me drive away with loose parts. Later I realized there was a Walmart bag in the back labeled in the back "do not remove from car" and was an opened half used pack of red SOLO cups and napkins. RECENTLY, I noticed my spare tire tool kit/ tire jack that came with my car (with a specially fitted spot for the back under the storage) was also missing. They also tried pulling out my internally installed Bluetooth + Connect. (Which they left hanging b/c they ruined placement). I believe they were stealing piece of my car for their own family car. Also, there is a weird paint sprayed all over the drivers side and roof of my car, when I questioned it they tried to say it was battery acid (due to accident), but there was no such marks prior to bringing it in. Which now is chipping & ruining actual paint. Please save yourself time + money, go anywhere else.

They got on the computer and phone right away and even took a picture of my vin to make sure it was the right spark plug wire set for my car as i had a misfire with a faulty wire. Part arrived in a hour from Calgary i changed it out and was on my way home. Thankyou to all the staff for taking the time for helping me out which could of turned in to a serious problem.
