called Urban Towing, said they would be 35 minutes, over an hour later driver said he was 15 minutes away, another half hour later says he is there, wasn't there. My wife needed a boost at 1 am. She called urban towing. They sent skyline towing to boost her. They got car going great. Then the asholes charged her $210 for the boost. Called the company 15 times leaving messages, and surprise no one has called me back. That is so wrong on many levels. Do not ever use these people. Brakes failed, made it to the side of the road. Called whoever came up on Google. First put me on hold and hung up. Next three didn't answer. These guys did. The driver's name was Ash. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly. Took a direct route, didn't try to gouge, and gave me a lift home after dropping the car at the mechanic. Five stars, great experience. Driver - Full disclosure I work for Urban Towing and the owner Ash. With that being said I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, and it is with great rarity that I am able to write such a great review. It is very rare that I have come across such a pleasant and customer service driven individual, I have worked for many towing companies and roadside assistance organizations in Calgary and B.C. and have never been so impressed by a business owner and person. My time with this company is coming to an end very shortly due to the lack of work in the province and I am relocating back to B.C.
