It seems like this is not their normal experience but just an unfortunate occurrence. Original post: I reserved a trailer for rental and even had a confirmation from one of their employees. When we showed up to pick up the trailer at the time we had agreed upon they had given our trailer to somebody else. They had a hard time tracking down our rental confirmation, but when they did find it, they just said too bad. No apology or any thing. The only thing they could offer was a rusty stock trailer that the doors would hardly open or to sell us a brand new trailer. Now I'm less scrambling around trying to find a trailer. I will never use them again. I'd recommend staying far away unless you have back up options.

A very clean truck that ran great and even had a liftgate on it that made moving our appliances and heavy furniture a snap. Loved it. Beats the heck out of those guys with the old orange trucks.
