I asked them to fix it and a month later it was ready. Dropped it in the lake and it wouldn't start. Absolutely disgusted with them so took it to Aubrey location. Luckily Aubrey looked at it right there and found a switch was off and wire not connected. I have two seats that are cracked and will need to be reupholstered and a speaker out because it was left in the rain and shine uncovered. It's an older boat and not worth a ton but I feel like this could have been handled much more respectfully. Thankful I found the Aubrey location. Very disappointed in this location.

The first time I looked at the boat they told me about an issue with the trailer and with enormous amounts of integrity went above and beyond to make this purchase perfect. I've had the boat for 3 months now ... we've had a great time with it and and it has run flawlessly. I've called a couple times to figure out things with the boat that I didn't understand and they've continued to go above and beyond to help me including FaceTiming me while I was with this sleek watercraft. They continue to impress me despite the relatively minuscule amount of cash I spent with them compared to buying a new Malibu. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I live 5 hours South of WSA Fort Worth and wouldn't hesitate to come back to purchase from them again (there are other Malibu dealers in between us). I was told the boat had dual batteries it did not, as for being like new in and out, trailer tires were shot (rotted) blew out 1tire first 200 miles all 5 tires were shot including spare. I returned home with it (2500 miles) as I started to prepare for upcoming season and dewinterizing the boat found cooling system impeller shot, power steering pump need replacement, stereo speakers shot all rattling. I understand what (AS IS) means. But like new in and out ??... I fault myself for not doing a better inspection at time of pickup and demanding a sea trial. live and learn I got a hook for sure. Be careful and do your do diligence.
