I got to pick out the fabric. It was like working with family. I never felt like I was taking to long picking out my sofa and fabric. (New house of furniture) I assume they want your business but they massively fail at follow up. For more than six months I have been trying to get this business to help with a damaged item, they say they will have their service gal (now no longer employed there) and most recently a new guy (that has taken over their warranty and or service. It has been so long with zero help I assume when I finally show up in person YET again they will say out of warranty! I wish I had bought my house of furniture somewhere else that doesn't sale sale sale and no f/u after the sale! Poor business practice
