This place is only gets 2 stars because the furniture is actually pretty decent pricing and decent looking quality. When you walk in it's actually kind of awkward. You walk in and you are in an air conditioned tiny room with some furniture, and then you have to walk into a massive warehouse that is absolutely not air conditioned to get to the workers and other furniture. It was at least 10 degrees hotter in here than it was outside and it's the middle of a Georgia summer. When we walked in the main warehouse there were 2 dudes sitting there talking to each other and never greeted us when we walked in. The proceeded to stare at my friend's butts as they continued talking and not acknowledging us. They thought I didn't see..... One guy did offer to help as my friends were already looking through furniture on their little computer and ended up not being helpful at all. My friend decided to just leave and look at her furniture on her personal computer so it's not so awkward and she can just help herself. Decent furniture, not decent people. read more

Let me just say Chris will take care of you. He is honest and true to his word. He legitimately is looking to take care of you and has your best interest in mind. He helped us purchase our first king size bedroom set and we got a phenomenal deal. When I had buyers regret of not getting all the pieces he helped me get what I needed and fast. Let's just say that if you walk out the door don't bother calling them back to fix it. They tried to convince me that my concern wasn't valid. While they pretend to want to help. As well as throw subliminal jabs to insinuate that you're the problem. All while we were trying to offer regular solutions that any well known franchise mattress store would of automatically offered without hesitation. First time at Pooler Discount Furniture yesterday, great experience! Helpful staff and non pressure environment. I like that we were allowed to look around the warehouse alone for a few minutes when we arrived, we.don't like pushy salespeople who intercept you as soon as you walk in the door. There were staff ready to help you, they just respected you and let you look around without pressure. Found a great bedroom set and mattress, and they were great quality at a very low cost. The pieces look amazing in our room! And this is good quality furniture, made well. This place is a find, lucky for us we checked it out before shopping anywhere else. Chris is really nice, honest, and helpful. A good guy by all means. The delivery guys were nice decent guys too. They even delivered all the way out to us on Hilton Head!
