The guy on the phone had a horrible heavy accent and when I told him what day and time I needed service , he said that they don't drive at that time. Then I'm thinking are you shitting me? Cabs should always be available! So I said what? And he paused and he said ok and I said ok? You will be here on Friday at 7:30am? He said yes I will call you Friday morning at 7:25am. After that was said and done the next morning, it was 7:25am and I got no call from the stupid cab driver. We went down by our car and still no cab. I called and nobody answered, I called again and I said I called about a cab yesterday and there is nobody here, I have to catch a flight in SFO! The guy never showed up!!!! We had parked directly in front of the store so she would not have to walk. There are over ten open spaces for customers to park. He(his car number is 68) decided he needed to swerve into the parking space next to us missing my grandmother by inches. No apologies. He didn't even look at her. He's also parked in curbside pickup doing absolutely nothing. If this is any indication on how he drives.....be aware
