First of all, thanks as always to yelp and Alexa and Geo and Sano for having us. Sano has a great location in Bellevue, sort of on the way to the mall from the Bellevue Transit Center! The food is beautiful and tasty and it was super easy to get my order and go. I'm happy with what I got, a pear juice drink and an egg avocado toast. The only reason I'm dropping a star is not for the restaurant or the event inherently, but that the communication about the time of the event was wrong. The event says the operating hours were 11:30-5:30 so I made a trip to the restaurant, arriving a little before 5. There wasn't any signage stating operating hours on the door so I was mostly confused until I checked Google for hours of business... Which said they were 8-4. It would be nice to have the comms match the actual hours of the event because it was easy for me to get off work at 4 to get to a 5:30, but much harder to manage an event that happened during my working hours. :( read more

Service was good, people were nice. There was no line when I went there at about 10:30am on Friday. The parking garage was pretty full, but I was able to get in and out within 30 mins for free parking. Banana nutty acai bowl -- 10/10! Really good and had a nice sweet flavor Mexican latte -- 7/10. This tasted like a standard latte. Was expecting a little more flavor from this, but was still fine nevertheless! read more

Thanks to Yelp, I was able to visit Sano Cafe, which has been on my list since I learned about its Mercer Island location. But what's better than having one near the office in downtown Bellevue? So of course when I saw this elite experience, I had to sign up. As instructed, I visit Sano Cafe during its operating hours and mentioned I was part of the elite list where the employee informed me I could choose a free bowl or salad and a drink. When I asked her what her favorite salad was, she recommended the kale caesar, which is what I ordered with chicken and a heavenly cacao smoothie. During the lunch hour on a Thursday, the place was steady enough as Sano Cafe is located in one of the Amazon office buildings, with a few patrons dining in. My food didn't take too long to get and I had a few of my friends join me who tried some other items. The kale caesar was definitely healthy and light as they use a vegan dressing. But I didn't find it filling even with the chicken, which I could've used more of. The heavenly cacao smoothie was too liquid-y as I like my smoothies more thick and colder. But the overall taste was good. The food and drinks here are all very healthy, using whole ingredients and no preservatives. Of what my friends ordered, they enjoyed the pitaya bowl. Glad I was able to check out Sano Cafe through this Yelp experience as I know now if I'd visit Sano Cafe again. read more

I love the original Sano Cafe in Mercer Island and have met friends for lunch there several times, so I was really excited to try their new Bellevue location. It didn't disappoint. I ordered a (decalf, don't judge-lol) Mexican Vanilla Bean Latte with oat milk and the Harvest Salad with added egg as a protein. For the vanilla bean latte I asked for less sweet, so the manager recommended just one shot of their homemade vanilla syrup, and he was absolutely right, the syrup wasn't too sweet. Perfect for me since I don't tend to like my coffee sweetened. It was a really tasty latte and I definitely will order it again. The Harvest Salad was super crisp and fresh and filled with all the toppings. I loved how they sprinkled the top with Nori Furikake, it not only looked pretty but added a nice flavor to the salad. And I loved the flavor of the sesame miso dressing. So the salad was a win as well. The Bellevue Sano a location is beautiful and opens up to the lobby of the building so you can enter from the building lobby or the street. I would probably visit again more frequently, except they don't offer validated parking. Luckily there's typically parking available about a block away, but if I have a choice of visiting their Mercer Island location, where I don't have to worry about paying for parking, Mercer Island will be my choice. I absolutely love that everything Sano serves is fresh and healthy and that all of their takeout containers are fully compostable. The manager and staff member working at Sano were both very welcoming and super nice. Huge thank you to Sano Cafe and Alexa for this delicious event. read more

Sano is located in downtown Bellevue and is a great place to get some fresh salads, coffee, acai bowls or toast. The place is aesthetic and service is quick. Service was quick and friendly. Their popular bowl is the dragonfruit bowl which was refreshing. I also enjoyed the kale smoothie which has banana. There were about 6 tables and a circular bar table which can hold at least 15 people. There's parking under Sano but it is only for 30 min free. I did manage to get out before the 30 min ran out. Came by around 11 on a weekday. Low traffic and line was short. I got the Egg Toast and Shaken Blackberry Espresso Spritz. The presentation of the egg toast was excellent and the espresso spritz puts a fun spin on coffee. It is very creative and refreshing. The cafe itself feels bright and modern and the servers were very friendly. If I'm in the area I would absolute come back again for a second visit. Really enjoyed their friendly attitude and their patience as I was choosing from the menu. Everything inside was super clean and spacious - it would be a nice place to get some work done. We got the ginger salad with chicken and tofu. The tofu was very flavorful as it seemed to be marinated in some kind of soy sauce concoction. We also got the strawberry banana smoothie. It was nice that there seemed to be no added sugar so it was really healthy! The downside is there is no parking really. It's pretty expensive to park in their lot unless you're also going to Bank of America so you can validate. read more

So excited to get a chance to try Sano's healthy and delicious offerings. I got the lemon lush latte and the peanut butter banana bowl. The latte was so unique and was just the right amount of sweetness and lemon flavor. The bowl was also great with generous amounts of peanut butter and other toppings. This would be a great place for lunch but it's located inside an office building which makes it difficult to get here unless you work in and around the area and can walk over. There is parking under the building but it is not validated by Sano. If you keep it under 30 minutes you can park for free though so it was a grab and go situation for me. The area is very open and light though not a large number of seating. I got the harvest salad which had a good amount of toppings and a green smoothie which tasted fresh. Total would've been $30 without the Yelp discount which makes for a pricy lunch. Thanks Yelp for letting me check it out without breaking the bank! Can't wait to come back maybe to another location with easier parking and get the acai bowl and lemon latte that I saw someone else try! read more

Good to try some healthy food courtesy of Yelp! Sano's downtown Bellevue location is pretty nice, adjoining the lobby of one of the modern office buildings. We get one drink and one main item. Sano's menu is small and all very healthy choices. I ended doubling up on the smoothie count and got a smoothie bowl and a smoothie drink. The tropical beauty smoothie was very green. I didn't notice kale in the ingredient list haha. Tasted very nutritious. The banana nut butter bowl was quite substantial. Got that banana peanut butter smoothie with berries, granola, all that goodness. Didn't need to eat dinner after that. The ginger sesame salad with tofu is delicious! I didn't see you could add tofu originally and they mentioned you can add tofu or grilled chicken. The dressing was perfect with a generous amount of avocado too! The drink is quite unusual. I expected a latte with a little zest of orange but it is express and orange juice! The juice is tiny (8oz) but very delicious, the salad is yummy as well. There was a perfect amount of dressing and plenty of toppings! I love the toasted hazelnuts as well, not many places utilize hazelnuts as a topping. I do wish the apples were diced instead of sliced so it would be easier to eat with the rest of the salad. It's great to see a delicious and healthy food option in Bellevue. The interior of the cafe is beautiful and there are so many little details that make the space really cozy and calming to enjoy my cup of coffee and egg toast. I got the blackberry espresso spritz and it was super refreshing while the egg toast was really herb forward with a nicely cooked egg on top. Thank you Alexa and Sano for the opportunity to try some of the menu items. I should've studied the menu before I went because I was super indecisive when I got there. I ended up with the Peardise cold press juice and the Harvest salad with chicken. The juice tasted super healthy. I think I finished it in three big gulps, haha. It came in a glass jar which I'm going to reuse. I'm not usually a salad ordering person, but since I was picking up to-go I got the Harvest salad. So many things went into this salad and it was huge for me. I had it for lunch & dinner. The greens were pretty hardy & hearty so the salad didn't get soft at all later on that evening. Impressive. This Sano is located on the first floor of an office building. The decor is simple and minimalistic.. I loved it. There is underground parking that is free up to 30 minutes if you're thinking of just picking something up. read more

Thanks for supporting sustainability and reusable cups! Store is clean and has a few tables and chairs where you can enjoy your smoothie. There's also free wifi and lots of windows, for some sun and natural lighting.

The Toxin Flush is much better than most green drinks (it actually tastes good lol) and we loved the Go Bananas. I'd highly recommend adding coconut whipped cream to them. The place is super clean, quiet, and located right next to the Downtown Park! Service was excellent as well, and I especially love the convenience of being able to pre-order online.

The juices and smoothies are made in front of you with fresh and simple ingredients. Such a healthy and trustworthy business that takes great pride in their work, keeping everything so clean and beautiful. After a drink is made they immediately get to cleaning. Staff is always so kind and friendly. I love this place and will be returning. I always recommend Greenline to those I know love to juice or care about their health! First up the woman who made my juice was so friendly and helpful, I wish I grabbed her name to shout her out. I ended up with the power green and added ginger. I told her I like a bit of a kick at the end with the ginger. She nailed it and got a good balance of that ginger spice that blended in with the rest of the drink. Will definitely be back!

Music isn't too loud, you can hear each other and even bring your laptop to study here for 20 mins while you finish your drink. Absolutely love this location and I hope they never close. I thought I'd give this chain a try and I was very disappointed. Parking: mall garage, free. Atmosphere: no seating, long lines for ordering, waiting for your order to be completed is longer than waiting in the line (I presume it is because they fill mobile orders at the same time). Menu: posted on the back wall above the register, also a smaller menu at the beginning of the ribbon divider. Service: order and pay at the front, wait for your order to be announced, grab your own straw. Mango Sago Smoothie: I requested 30% sweetness and it was still very sweet but that wasn't the worst part--it wasn't until I reach the bottom of the cup that I saw the sago was nothing but two large coagulated clumps. It was clearly poorly made and not fresh. The mango tasted mediocre and was nothing to write home about. The boba was also very unevenly cooked and was mushy on the outside and rubbery/hard inside. I noticed this on the first sip and wasn't going to stand back in the 10 minute queue to get it remade. I'm all for bubble tea joints and I honestly thought the drinks would be better quality for a chain so large that I hear about.

The menu is quite small with three cold sandwiches and three hot ones, each inspired by a different region of the globe with the South Pacific, South America and Mediterranean as a few examples. There were two salads listed as well. I've been here twice and both times, when I went to place my order on the iPad, the menu stated they were out of stock for the sandwich that I wanted. However, when I asked the employee, she said that was not correct. So if you see the same message when ordering, it's worth asking about it! During my first visit, I ordered the RENDANG ($14). This hot sandwich came packed with SO much meat! Very tender chunks of marinated beef tasted of coconut, curry and warm spices. The flavor had true depth and I could actually taste hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Thin spears of pickled cucumber and carrot added crunch and a perfect zing of acidity. They were refreshing and cut through the rich beef. A drizzle of Sambal Terasi (chili) aioli gave it another layer of flavor. Cilantro, mint and Thai basil were all fresh and vibrant. The bread was lightly toasted, being a little crinkly in texture without being harsh against my gums. If I could change something, I would include a couple extra slices of the cucumber to balance out the ratio of vegetables to meat, and add a bit more of the aioli. Other than that, this is a great sandwich influenced by flavors of the South Pacific. My companion got the STEAK sandwich ($15) and enjoyed it. The steak slices were thinly cut and tender as well. They do their beef right! On another occasion, I tried the PROSCIUTTO ($14), one of their cold sandwiches. The delicate layers of prosciutto were placed on top of sliced tomatoes, pickled onion and arugula, all between pressed focaccia bread. Truffle mustard was spread on both pieces of bread, which was WAY too much in my opinion. With this mustard having a stronger flavor, it overpowered the sandwich and made it too tangy, especially in combination with the pickled onions. The menu stated this should include pistachios, but I didn't notice any, and they were all out of provolone, so there was also an absence of cheese. For the prices, these sandwiches are pretty generous in size, so I consider them a good deal, especially for the Bellevue area. The ingredients are fresh and make for a fantastic lunch option. While I wasn't a huge fan of the Prosciutto sandwich, I'd definitely go back again for another Rendang!

Nothing special, but also they don't do the thing where they call it a steak sandwich or bowl and give you a few pieces of skirt steak. The meat was actually spread apart well throughout the sandwich. The cheese and sauces gave this a good moisture level to prevent it from being too dry. This contributed to the pretty good taste Only issue is the price - it's quite a small sandwich, and yet you're paying 15 bucks for it. That's just insane prices. This is hardly filling enough for a single person for lunch. Overall, I was expecting this to be expensive and bad, and at least it was just expensive. 7.5/10

One thing that did rub me the wrong way was the service. Despite coming in on a fairly quiet day, there were a few staff members who (in my opinion) acted a bit disrespectful towards other customers. When you come into the store, there's a big order sign at the front of the booth, so most would assume to order from there. On the other side of the store though are two kiosks which make ordering simpler, so I guess they weren't using the actual order booth. I noticed that a line of customers had formed at the order booth but none of the staff were really interacting with them or telling them to use the kiosk instead. They were all kinda just chatting with one another and only alerted them about the kiosk once a customer asked for their attention. Not the most efficient process or positive interaction in my opinion. Despite all that though, the tea is definitely good enough for me to come back.

The float consists of Thai tea on the bottom, ube and tea soft serve on top, and ube marshmallow around the rim. It was my first time ever having OMO and my first time having ube and Thai tea together so I was very intrigued. Needless to say, they made a very good combo. I would describe the flavor as kind of earthy from the tea and custard-like from the ube. The marshmallow was pleasant for the first couple bites but by the end was a little too sweet. I got a sip of my partner's drink and it was also very good, though I can't say that I prefer it over a regular Thai tea without the additional cream. I'm hoping to come back to try the kaya toast and ube hot chocolate. Service: (5/5) We came in a rush at about 7:40pm because we were scared of a potential last call but they actually accepted orders until the very last minute. It's a very small store with only a front counter and one kiosk, and you wait in a line outside. It's definitely a different system compared to most places but they make great use out of their space. There was one worker very efficiently guiding the line and several others behind the counter, making drinks pretty fast.

By this point, the restaurant is filling up with customers so they get quite busy! It's a small space so I imagine they get a lot of take out orders as well. Food was delirious, my seared salmon was super fresh, I'd not a little on the thin side. It paired well with the fresh wasabi. My friend said her chirashi bowl was delicious as well, though the tuna was lean and she preferred the fatty tuna. When you finish your meal, just bus your own tray and you're good to go. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!

It probably cost them $2 in ingredients, if that, but charged me almost 10x markup at $18.

So I waited thinking they must be packing my cheesecake (which should have been packed immediately after order was placed), but I realized nobody was packing it. Multiple employees would look at my drink to see that the other half of my order is still not out on the bar and then just leave my drink sitting there. This happened multiple times that I got so annoyed by their lack of a good system that I approached someone to ask about my order. The girl was confused and when I told her that I was missing the cheesecake, she said she'll go pack it immediately for me...only for her to pass that task down to someone else and they were packing mines along with someone else who just placed an order for some of the pastries, so it took even longer to get my order. The drink overall is a 3/10. It needs more durian as all I can mostly taste is just the mango. There was also jelly in there but couldn't quite figure out what the jelly tastes like and there was no description for what the toppings are in the drink. The black sesame basque cheesecake was really rich in the black sesame flavor which I love! But I would not wait 20mins for a slice of cheesecake again smh. Due to the poor customer service and a lack of a good system, I will not be coming back again or at least anytime soon.
