I have problems with my back. VERY tense, multiple knots and can be quite painful after long periods of standing or strenuous exercise. I'm an strong believer in the benefits of massage therapy and I have gone to several therapists of the years. When I moved backed to Tyler I met Yeni and decided to get a massage. The studio is clean and inviting. There is a pleasant smell of lavender and essential oils. After a pleasant greeting she left me to get settled on her table. It was soft and the clean sheets always make me feel happy. As the message began I was blown away by her intuitive touch and talent. Coming into a session with Yeni, my challenges were tight muscle imbalances on one side of my body and usual wear and tear from weightlifting. What I first noticed during our session was how intuitive Yeni was with my body that can only come from experience. She knew exactly where to go, what unique styles to use in each area and improvising when needed. It felt great to trust her so completely that I just let go and let her deliver what was best for me. The two practices are similar in effect but the cranial sacral, personally, seems less invasive in technique.
