They swabbed for covid, strep throat and the flu, they never gave us the results. Doctor/NP sat at desk while we were in the exam room. After 30 minutes of no interaction with the provider, we left. I'll go back in the morning and hopefully I won't get the crew that was there tonight. UPDATE: I took my grandson back this morning and it was like night and day the care we received today compared to last night. Christina is amazing, she took great care of my grandson. This was frustrating because I have used the same insurance multiple times at In & Out Urgent Care on Labarre Road without any issues. The front desk employee even requested my Social Security number in an attempt to locate my insurance information, but they still claimed they could not find it. When I offered to pay out of pocket so I could still be seen, the doctor appeared uninterested in helping me and gave me the impression that they wanted me to leave. Since the clinic was closing in about an hour, it felt like they were looking for a reason not to see me. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The lack of effort to find a solution and the poor customer service left me feeling dismissed and uncared for.

I used it three times over several hours and it was never cleaned. The housekeeping staff however, were very busy emptying trash cans over and over. The whole physical appearance of the place look like a hospital you might see in a second world country.
