The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, caring, and kind. They really want you to have a good experience. They did a great job preparing me for what would happen. I know some people might think this is a bit woo-woo but I recommend having an open mind, and trying it to see how much it helps calm your nervous system. They provide everything you need, including a comfortable cushion, blanket, eye mask, various pillows, and if you don't want to lay on the ground, they do have chairs to sit in as well.

Walking in the space is minimal and clean with spaces for your shoes and belongs. They ask that you don't use your phone and turn it off so the sounds don't disturb people. You select fuzzy blankets, pillows, neck rolls and even eye masks to take into the room where foam Matts and zero gravity chairs are arranged at nice distances along the room. They have gongs and bowls and various percussion instruments and chimes arranged along the far wall. Linda greeted us and Faith also helped play the instruments. We did some breathing exercises and then you simply lay and let the sound wash over you. It was like a group nap time, but it was relaxing and comfortable. I really wasn't sure what to expect, and I was so refreshed. The dedicated time to sit and relax worked for me. I slept better than I had all week. I am less stressed today and I think it was from this. I felt like I took a full mental spa day but it was only an hour! I didn't have to do anything to clean up as they roll in laundry tubs and clean up everything after. I think this will be something I add into my stressful moments of my life and help focus on me this next year. Check it out!

Each neurofeedback training experience…read morehas been comfortable, and the office space here in Clayton, MO (near St Louis) is really nice. I am already experiencing greater mental clarity and ability to focus during the day, both after and between my Peak Brain sessions. My sleep feels deeper and more restful too. The idea of training my brain directly with neurofeedback seemed almost "too good to be true", given my continuing challenges during many years of therapy, coaching and personal growth programs. Procrastination, lack of focus, and anxiety kept coming up and causing problems in my work and in my romantic relationships. Getting my QEEG Brain Map and discussing it with Dr. Andrew Hill made the root causes of these challenges much more clear - specific patterns in my brain's electrical signals are indicative of what I keep experiencing; like impulse control, lack of focus, insufficient rest from sleep no matter how many hours I sleep, and getting tired and distracted in the middle of every day. No amount of caffeine, positive thinking, or talking about my "issues" was making a difference.     I was in desperate need for a gym to call home. I know myself: I know if the gym is more than 10…read moreminutes away, I will use EVERY excuse not to get up and go. So, with this gym close to my house, I decided to grab a day pass and check it out. First of all, the gym is clean. I've been here many times now (because I definitely grabbed a membership), and it's always clean. I usually see employees walking around cleaning during my time there. While we are talking about employees, they have all been super pleasant with me and eager to help without being overbearing at all. They don't hover, but they definitely get you whatever you need. I've only seen one weight machine out of order, and it was back in service in 2 days. That's ALL the machines, to include cardio, benches, cables, etc. One machine in the entire building being down in a month of going 6 days a week is pretty great. I love they offer red light therapy and hydromassage. I've definitely used them both many times! I'm very happy with this gym. It's not super huge, but it's also not super intimidating. It has what I need it to. What else matters?

They just take you to a large screen and apparently there's no tags to get in our out they don't go over this process with you I had to ask. Just very bizarre the whole process is done by a computer.
