They have very cute hair barrettes in fish shapes, cute little coin purses and all sorts of unique items for your everyday use or as gifts to others. I also spied a few Banksy books and will look into them more and purchase some of the more recent collections of Banksy's. They also have a bunch of women's toiletries items and everything smelled lovely. A lot of imported products from Europe and other places. They also have a great card section up front so get that nice special occasion card for friend or family. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't any better. It was poorly made, tasted burnt and bitter, and wasn't worth finishing. For a coffee shop, that's the one thing that should be done well. There are plenty of other local cafés where you'll be treated with respect and get a much better cup of coffee. Only draw is the bunnies, who I really hope Samantha treats with more care and kindness than she does her customers; I honestly am concerned for their wellbeing after experiencing how Samantha treats people.

Lahnna (sp?) was extremely helpful in returning the item, checking with another store to locate a replacement, reserving it for me, even suggested we check the shades to make sure they're not broken as well. This was all done within 5-6 mins of the store closing for the day. She was nothing but helpful, courteous and considerate of my time. Process was easy breezy thanks to her customer service.

Pretty surprising since there was only one other customer in the store. Another customer came in, and had to find a sales person to help her with her purchase. The other customer I saw also had to track down a sales person to ask a question. I wasn't in there very long and I saw a few things that I really liked. Some prices were reasonable and some were pretty expensive. Just depends on what you were looking for. I will probably look online to use that gift certificate unless I want to see the item in person first. It shouldn't be difficult to get help in a store or at the very least be acknowledged.
