The…read morecustomer service at the San Marcos location is horrible. first I will say that when you pay over $12,000 for two recliners and a loveseat, you should also receive a great customer satisfaction experience. we received anything but. First of all, not only will Ethan Allen not pick up your old furniture, you cannot even pay extra to have it picked up. They do charge for delivery even though the cost of the furniture should cover this and there is no removal of old furniture. They deliver the furniture one piece at a time rather than waiting until everything is done and deliver it all at once, therefore leaving the customer with the old furniture sitting around the house so we would only have to pay another company one time instead of two or three to remove it. As far as scheduling delivery, they are very inconsiderate and WILL NOT work with you on a schedule, only what is convenient for them. Their attitude about any issue is "too bad" that's the way we do it. i would never purchase anything from them again.
