I brought my Ram 5500 dump truck here due to a front end collision. The work took about what I thought, I got the truck back and was happy. They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. The owner Jose actually tried to blame me! LOL. They refused to pay anything so I will be filing court claim in Morristown soon. How hard is it to just own your mistakes? SAD!!! read more

I brought my vehicle to them because they were located across from my sons home in Chatham out of convenience I used them but I would never recommend them to anyone. their communication is horrible the phones just ring when you call to follow up on the status of your vehicle and they don't even get back to you the next business day after you leave a voicemail. my vehicle was brought in on November 4 and it is still in the shop now December 20th they informed me to pick up the vehicle finally and that it was ready and my car was not fixed there was a hole in the bumper and my front right light didn't work at all plus there was a scratch on my vehicle that wasn't there to begin with normally when u get your vehicle back after it's been in the shop it's cleaned the vehicle was not I'm just ce ru dissatisfied with the lies and the horrible quality work and effort done to repair my vehicle within a timely matter! the adjuster approved every repair and they still took weeks to order the parts they were even paid in advance directly and still no urgency to get my vehicle back to me fixed! when I complained about the missing piece on the bumper I was lied to once again and told that the parts they were was on back order I asked them why was I advised to pick up the vehicle if it's not fully repaired. the manager called after I left and said that the parts they were was never ordered that they assumed that it wasn't apart of the accident my car had front end contact with another vehicle why would u assume that everything around this was apart of the accident you changed head lights a bumper and grill but a piece below the bumper u assumed wasn't apart of the accident is bizarre very insane! they are sheisters and they don't deserve to be open for business! my insurance rental only covered 30 days of my rental car and I'm well over 16 days and counting im disgusted with their service and i will never use them again or recommend them again! oh and they never even contacted my Insurance company my car was with them for over a week just sitting I had to have my adjuster go out to ask. them what's the hold up on the estimate read more

Over the summer, my car was hit in a parking lot while I was at work - welcome to NJ... despite the slow speed, I needed a headlight replaced, a minor bend in the fender and the bumper repainted. While taking your car to a body shop is probably most similar to visiting a dentist, this shop makes the process as smooth and painless as possible. They are fair and honest with respect to the work required, timeline, and pricing (I got several quotes - one of which was ~30% higher for the same work). This review is for work done in 2007 and 2009 on my Hyundai Sonata. The first work was to my left rear fender and gas door. It has been quite a few years, but the bondo is wrinkled and the paint is peeling. As for the 2009 bumper repair, the work lasted about 8 months and then was peeling. The shop blamed me for running over rocks, hitting curbs and other damaging abuse, and the owner called me names and yelled at me. Since this was an AAA approved shop, AAA said they would have George's re-do the work. I declined, repainted the bumper myself, and now 10 years later it is still fine. Unless things have drastically changed I cannot recommend this shop for any work. read more
