Great massage, no frills. I was unsure about this little hole in the wall massage place in the strip mall next to little Cesar's. The reviews were mixed and I was not sure what to expect when I called and made an appointment. The place was clean, and there were drapes that sectioned off each massage table. I just had a foot massage this morning from a young lady named Co Co. She did a great job and had the best attitude! The problem was the other lady that was not busy decided to do a load of wash and clean up during my visit. This seemed kind of rude and made the experince not so good. read more

I am not sure if it's under new management but as I was getting a massage by a woman I noticed that she had pull down my underwear lower than usual I lifted my head because I had a bad feeling and I see one of the male workers inside the room looking at my butt. This place is AWESOME!!! Clean and good prices for all they do!! Sometimes the massage is a little intense but they gladly lighten up for you if you ask them too! (That being said, I always need them to go a little hard on my upper back because those muscles are so tight there!!!) This type of massage is good for circulation and regulation of the body. I agree with the commenter Kyla. I went there last week and it was a very ROUGH massage. As soon as she walked in she said "STRONG MASSAGE!" I said no, medium to firm. And the massage actually hurt. At one point I had to say something but usually it just feels like "maybe this gets the knot out? Maybe it will feel better after?" Nope. My shoulders were bruised for a couple of days after. Meanwhile. When she was finished I went to the bathroom and when I got out she immediately wanted payment and for me to leave. There's a sign saying to tip $10-$20 and I really did not want to but it was so awkward. And she said told me "you tip right here" I gave her $10 and left. Will I go back? Probably. It's a good price and it's convenient. But I will make sure to get a different masseuse. The owner before them "the relaxation station" were great. These people are new and like I said, I don't think the brown people are tipping so they are prejudice. Tipping is not mandatory. read more

Pay first when you walk in . Ok cool .. but I felt The service was rushed, I walked out worse then I went in lots of elbows in the back and butt & it was very intense. It's smelled like cigarettes when we walked in & the lady's hands smelled like cigarettes when she was massaging my face . Just very gross!! But this isn't the worst part . The worst part is my boyfriend and I being harassed literally followed to our car for a tip I told her her we weren't giving them because they were rough and rushed the whole Service .. I have visited Yi Yi Massage on 3 occasions. The facility is very welcoming and staff friendly. I selected different massage options each visit. The combination foot and back treatment certainly relieved recurring pain. Each message therapist demonstrated a high level of training. I was very comfortable on each visit. Called in an appointment for my boyfriend and I. We arrived on time, they led us to our room and just left us there, no instructions on what to do. When they came back into the room, they basically chastised us for not taking our clothes off and then told us to take off our shirts only. We comply and get under the covers. When the masseuses came back in, one immediately gets to work on my boyfriend. My masseuse starts patting my shorts and asking "you not wearing underwear??" loudly and sounding horrified. Why she did not ask me in the first place if I could take off my shorts is beyond me. I inform her that I am in fact wearing underwear and take off my shorts and she finally begins the massage. Not once, but twice she takes phone calls during my service. One of those phone calls she took while massaging me. I could hear the whole conversation. Then at the end, she chastises us for not giving them a $10 tip for that fiasco. (We gave them $8 per masseuse) Do NOT come here they are extremely unprofessional and expensive. read more

Arrived here on a whim yesterday. Sure, music is relaxing but are these people certified masseuse? Hard to tell. We were greeted at the door by a lady. Asked us to pick from a very limited options chart. She then says " you pay first". That's fine. We asked her something and she squinted her eyes like "huh". OMG ok red flag. Ignored. We get walked to the make shift stall. As we are being seated, another lady comes out coughing, no mask. I looked at the pillow they have like when was this disinfected. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. The greeter asks if we want water for our feet. Um ok. So they come out with a tub of warm water similar to the ones they use at the pedicure places. The person that "serviced" me was a male. From there all I remember is thumbs and elbows. Holy moly did it hurt. I thought ok he's giving me pressure point "massage" naw naw naw. Now that I've had some time to process. The worst experience I've had as far as massages go. I kept pulling back and he obviously didn't get a clue. None at all. I guess I should have said something but I put up with it because I am too damn nice. This morning I wake up feeling like a truck ran me over. I've been in so much pain today. If state board hasn't been through here, they should. When they're done they offer you water, thank you. Oh but wait don't walk out without tipping. As another couple walks in, they stop us and say "tips". After what I went through I laughed and said oh do I have to? She said "yes it's ok 20%, sign here". Lady had the audacity to bring out my receipt. This place got our money yesterday but never again. I did ask the couple that walked in if they had been there before, the girl said no and asked if I like it. Blatantly honest and without remorse I immediately said no. They walked out and I do no regret it. Now I'm not sure they are all this way based on other reviews it looks like they may have one gentle handed lady but I still question if they are certified/licensed. Or if they even wash/clean/disinfect the lines and towels they use. Just my review, my experience of this place that will for sure keep me away. Too bad Massage Envy was booked but I'll be making appointments in the very near future to make up for this horrible pain and experience. How they get these nice ratings is beyond me. I was already there so why not. 30 minutes after , I'm walking towards the exit and she demands me to tip .... She pulled out the receipt and kept demanded a tip .. this is my second review of this massage shop. I always get a top-notch massage here, it is very clean, no cigarette smoke smell from the masseuse, which is important to me. Cindy did my massage, and she is normally the one I get, but they are all good. Super professional, and they know what they're doing. Nice and warm, to help relax my muscles. The staff is so friendly, and understands everything that I request. I always leave relaxed and rejuvenated.
