Got a massage here it was decent, but they were loud. You can hear a lot of people in the background noise were talking as well as the people that massage us. They were chatting it up for a little bit. I didn't say anything because I already had a problem in the beginning because of the language barrier, which is fine but the first few minutes of the massage she forgot to put lotion. Then they kept in and out of leaving the area. As we were paying, they demanded each a $20 tip or more. Yes we were going to give a tip but when you demand a tip, it's rude. I am not exaggerating when I say the "massage" felt like a mosquito was hovering around my skin. After around 15 minutes another therapist noticed how terrible the experience looked and switched out. A pretty good place ! Was searching for a massage place during covid times and lord knows I'm in desperate need of a massage. Tense knots everywhere. I randomly found this place via Yelping and I had chosen this for its seemingly spacious arrangement and covid precautions. When I got there, it was late afternoon on a Sunday - so not too busy at all, with adequate spacing as pictures show. I loved that it was private, non bustling, and I got to have a private room. On top of that, my masseuse always checked to see if I was OK periodically. Although she's not my regular and doesn't know my kinks and personality yet in friction and areas, she did a great enough job in which I was left feeling pretty satisfied leaving. Once we were done they waited for us while we changed they were up in the front desk asking for a tip. Once me and my friend tipped one of the ladies 20$ the manager said it wasn't enough. Love this little place but so sad to see that the prices has increased by almost 50%. You use to be able to get a decent foot massage for $20 but now it's $30. And all other prices has been increased by at least $10. I understand that covid must've made times tough but sad to see that most likely the $20 massages are history. Aside from the price, they did renovate a bit. They added more curtains for the open room so you can still get tons of privacy which i really enjoyed. I'm currently 9 months pregnant and the masseuse was able to accommodate my back massage by me laying on my side and made sure I was comfortable. The ambiance is perfect with soothing music and dim lighting. The only thing I wish was different is paying at the end of my massage so I know how much I want to tip depending on how it went. She took a total of 3 calls and didn't ask if I'm okay with that kind of disruption. They actually have you take off your shirt and bra to do the massage and the massage is sterotypical of these asian places. Was it the best one of it's kind? No, but it's the second best I had! The best one was in Pomona. I think the pricing was on point for what you get and they do a deep enough massage to warrant the low price. I came here with one goal, to get a kink massaged out! This is my first time doing a full body massage at an Asian place. The masseuse got it done! Loved: pressure and working through the muscle tightness. Liked: easy to appt. Dislike, small things: the damn ticking analog clock (a digital clock will solve the problem), flushing toilet and restroom fan. I was in the room next to the bathroom. It wasn't busy so the restroom wasn't used too much. The fan should be changed to a quieter one. Also, I recommend all the workers to cut their nails! I normally go to my chiropractor for a full body massage and like to splurge when it comes to massages too. The experiences there is so different and I prefer it. The massage itself was just okay. During a massage, I'm hoping to feel really good for at least some of the time, but those moments never came. The masseuse that worked on me had his set routine, which is fine. There were several moments that actually hurt. I chalk it up to me being the last client of the night, so perhaps he was tired and looking forward to going home. There are so many positive reviews that I am willing to come back and give them another chance, most likely with a different masseuse. Everyone's body is different, and certain masseuses match better with some people than others. I'm sure this masseuse does wonders for others. The cleanliness and interior are five star quality. My massage was pretty decent, aside from the beginning part when my masseuse kept talking loudly to other employees in chinese and then she got up in the middle of my massage and went to the bathroom without saying anything to me. So I was just laying there for 5 minutes kind of puzzled. My cousin on the other hand said her massage was amaaazing, which left me kind of jealous. Although my experience was not amazing, it was definitely worth the price, normally a personal massage therapist will charge about $1/minute, so I felt like I got my money's worth. I had started going to Gingko for foot massage when I was pregnant in my third trimester with my youngest. After all the traveling and red-eye flights I was doing for work, I got really painful sciatica along my lower back and back of my leg. Although they don't specialize in pregnancy massages, I went there for the foot massages to relieve the tension in my neck, shoulders, feet and along my legs. It was very relaxing. I continued going here and there the past few years and really like that their massage therapists are all very consistent. They offer a bottle of water after you are done--an entire bottle! Pre-covid, my husband and I shared a frequency card (buy 10 get 1 free) and we had 2 remaining ones after Covid, but Tony the owner was still very nice about it and allowed us to finish redeeming it. He did mention that after Covid, the prices have increased, which is understandable. For the $20 1 hour foot massage I would normally get, I believe it is now $30. I went one time this past summer during Covid and felt very safe. It just felt a little uncomfortable when I was wearing a mask facing down in the bed because it was hard to breathe. I hope Covid ends soon so they'll be able to open up soon! read more

We came here during Lunar New Year and I was surprised to see it was open. We quickly got situated. The prices were very very detailed which made me wary since things that were normally included like a back rub or maybe some extra calf work was noted as an extra charge, so I was hesitant to ask for anything that deviated from what they were doing, like could they please spend more time on the neck, etc, which I felt comfortable asking in any other establishment. The massage was standard, like most foot massage places, but they left me with my feet awkwardly hanging down half sitting half laying down, which made me very uncomfortable. As we got into the massage, people kept on coming and asking for appointments and time, our masseuse kept stopping and answering, super distracted, and it got loud and uncomfortable. I've been to other places before where there isn't a separation but it was very loud even though we were in the farthest corner. They had a lot of Western clients because they were so close to a hotel so I understood why the pricing was so detailed, but it was so not of the norm, it made me uncomfortable. First time here! Tony is AMAZING. Some people seriously have a gift for this and he really does. Sometimes massage therapists force the deep tissue work, they don't ease into it, and your muscles overreact and become tense. He totally eases your muscles into it and finds all the most painfully tight and tender spots and gives them so much thoughtful attention. So awesome. I value the work of massage workers so I gave stars for their work, but there were several things I didn't like. I paid $35 for the 70 min combo foot and back massage. The lady who massaged me started by massaging my face and I wish she had asked first. Her fingers also smelled of food and she chewed gum to mask the smell of a recently eaten dinner. The smell and the smacking sounds were unpleasant. I also wasn't asked what preferred pressure I would like and the massage pressure for my shoulders and lower back hurt until I asked her to soften her pressure. They also had a bright light on which was distracting and some of the lady's techniques were unexpected...like scratching sections of each toe... not a fan but you might like it. I think my main gripe was an overall lack of communication. Examples: not asking my pressure preference, not giving me a heads up that a super hot towel would be placed on my back all of a sudden, not mentioning that an eye mask with a warming sensation would be placed on my face, not sharing how to wear the garment they give for the back massage or which items of clothing needed to come off, etc. The pluses are that they are nice/friendly, took reservations over the phone, were available and ready to do a massage, and gave a 10% discount when you check in on yelp. I'm not sure I will return but it was still a nice massage. I wish it was not lacking in the relaxing environment and communication areas. read more

They were super nice and accommodating. I went with my sister last minute because we both really needed a massage. They took us in last minute for a 90 minute massage. They took their time to relax our muscles - we were in there for an extra half hour because we were both super tense. We didn't even realize we overstayed until we both got in the car to head home.
