I am absolutely lucky to stumble across this place when I drove by Arcadia. I've been to many massage places and this is probably one of the best, if not THE BEST that I've been to. First of all, great service!! Although their English isn't PERFECT, they still managed to keep me satisfied and made sure I was happy. Prices were great and reasonable, especially for their splendid service. Second, they had just the right pressure when they massaged my back. When it got too hard, they listened and accommodated. Never been here. Hoping to get a back massage. I walk in, and was greeted by a person who hardly spoke english. Took a few minutes for her to understand that I just wanted a basic massage. She wanted to force to get a 4 hands massage. Finally she massages me, but made me feel uncomfortable because she kept removing my towel. I don't feel comfortable when someone touches between my legs. And when I was on my back, her hands kept caressing near my crotch. She kept smiling and looking at me as if trying to see if I would let her massage my privates. I asked to stop the massage. She got angry at me. I walked out. There were girls talking very loud outside in the hallway and my masseuse went out and joined in. Back in she came with no apologies. Then the doorbell rang and more loud conversations in the hallway and out she went again. It was loud, not very relaxing, no apologies so I got up and got dressed. Not more than 15 minutes had gone by. Did I mention my husband was in another room getting a massage. His masseuse has to come out and see what has happened and try to talk me back. This is a nice and decent place to get a therapeutic massage. I first came here when i had some neck and shoulder pain and they did a good job of relieving the pain and tension. Ive tried both the 30 minute and 1 hour massage, and they do a good job no matter which massage you choose. The place is clean and orderly as well, which is good because cleanliness is a must for me. I've never seen or experienced any shady or questionable activities going on either. This place is legit as far as I'm concerned. I am an Arcadia local and searched far and wide before finally finding my regular CLEAN massage parlor. It seems that everyone is looking for either a shady parlor or a spa-like experience, but I like coming here after work knowing that they have plenty of parking, kind and professional staff, and extremely clean facilities. Sure they might not be a 5 Star Spa, but atleast I can afford my relaxing massage several times a month without breaking the bank. I have experienced every one of their staff members along with their specialties. Wendy's soothing and relaxing shoulder, back, and face massage wipes the workday's stress away, Casey & Lily's deep tissue and targeted massage gets the kinks out, and if I need a chiropractic adjustment, I have Nancy do a phenomenal back-walk that may bring tears at first but praise the next day. Amazing staff, great housekeeping, honest and appreciative establishment ... all reasons I have been a loyal patron and will continue to be. read more

I have to say it pains me to write this review as I believe in supporting local businesses and the work that they create for our community. However, my experience with this place was not a pleasant one and I feel strongly about sharing it. I walked in with a really bad neck pain and was looking for some relief. I was greeted by a woman who invited me to have an hr. massage for $40.00. Being that I was in pain, I agreed to the price. Before entering in the room, I asked to use the bathroom before the massage got started. The bathroom was filthy and appeared to be very unsanitary. When I was done I opened the door and was startled, there was a lady standing right in front of the door practically yelling at me to go into the room. I followed her in and before I could say anything she demanded cash. She was saying to me in a very loud voice, "$40.00!!! You give me $40.00 cash!!!" I responded back by saying, "There is no need to yell at me. And why are you collecting $40.00 and not the cashier?" She continued repeating "You give me $40.00 cash!" At this point, I felt uncomfortable and I said, "No thank you, I am leaving. There is no need for you to keep yelling at me." As I was walking out of the room and towards the front door, the lady that greeted me was standing in the hallway. The lady attempting to give me the massage began speaking to her in their native language. She then said to me, "You stay and you get massage" and then proceeded to GRAB my arm and pull me back into the room. I told her, "you need to take your hand off of me and let me walk out this door." I am not certain what goes on behind closed doors here, but I have to say, please be warned before your consideration to use this establishment's services. This place is very questionable. read more

I've been here two times now. I know some people may claim this is a "rub and tug" place but it isn't. Neither times have I been offered. I opted for the four hand 30 minute massage. It was good. For those that are sensitive and complain on yelp about every massage parlor let me help you out. Many Asian massage parlors will ask for money up front, many will not drape well, many will use a lot of oil, many will not be the most quiet during your massage (they'll speak a foreign language to coworkers while massaging you, many will probably hassle you about tip, and they might make you think that they provide extra services post massage simply because of how they act. Yes some do, but at this location it doesn't happen. If any of those things I listed bother you you should probably go somewhere else because you will complain that it sucked. The massage wasn't the best but it was indeed good. The women are friendly and pretty. This isn't my first choice but definitely a good place if I want a solid massage. read more

The low star reviews have to be fake! Coincidence that the negative reviews posted on the same day!? I have now been here twice, it is a legit massage place, no funny stuff. Also it is clean and quiet. I came in as a walk in, Sophia was my therapist she was awesome. She asked how much pressure I wanted, I asked for medium it was the perfect amount. The massage lasted the full hour no distractions, no in and outs, everything was excellent. I came here after getting a chiropractic adjustment from a near by place and the combo is a great way to feel rejuvenated. On my second massage I called ahead and asked for Sophia and she was there and available and she did not disappoint. Perfect service, perfect pressure, I will be coming back to this place again.
