My wax was pretty painful but maybe because I hadn't had one since the Summer and forgot how bad and awkward they can be. However, the lady offered to give me a complimentary touch up a week after, which I thought was nice. Clients were coming in back to back for waxing in the couple of hours that I was there, so this must be the place to go! Following into the next morning half my lashes shredded off, as if I didn't have my lashes done the day before. I contacted the shop via text to alert that I wanted the remaining lashes removed. I was told that at no charge I can have the lashes replaced and or if I would like to have them removed they would be happy to help. Here we are Labor Day weekend I have no lashes at all!
