Her co owner and husband, Walter was my Instructor for the TRX Team Class and he made me feel right at home as did their friendly members. I have taken many TRX classes in the past and I can say without hesitation that Walter is one of the best! His teaching style is engaging, challenging and encouraging. He coached us to each work at our own level, taking into account our differences and at the same time gave us plenty of options to make each exercise as intense as we wanted. Although it was a group class, Walter customized the workout making it feel personally suited to each of us. The facility is impeccably clean and organized. The decor was bright and welcoming. However, it has a large aerobics room with mirrors all around, a weight room downstairs and more weight training equipment upstairs. They have classes ever day, offer multiple levels and different class types. It's in a beautiful old mill, has great light and wonderful energy. I felt at home and made the 45 min trek twice on a 5 day trip. I'm totally spoiled. I know.
