I have contacted 3-4 florists and all our booked for my date. I emailed Petal Productions back 8/31 and was communicating with Lauren back and forth. She states that Brittany was going to call me on 9/13. I never got a call back and I emailed and called. When I called Lauren said "sorry about that, I'll put a message for her to call you". She finally called 9/27 and was so rude. Brief synapses of what occurred on the call. First thing she did was ask if I could afford them... strike 1 but in a professional way "do we fit in your budget" Then she asked the colors, I kept telling her I have not picked any colors because I wanted to sit down with a florist and pick it out based on different flowers/colors. She gave me the run around. Strike 2, all I want is to pick out colors Final straw she asked me what centerpieces I wanted. I told her I have been on Instagram and I really liked Ponce Floral Design centerpieces. She laughed and said and I quote .. When you walked in they had free little snacks and drinks. The prices were extremely reasonable and I didn't have problems with parking. I bought a bunch of stuff from jewelry to soaps. I purchased things that I knew would be great come Christmas time. They were promoting their craft club classes and I knew this is something I would love to do so I signed up to do it with my mother. Craft club was by far the most innovative and unique thing to do in miami. Again when you walked in there was a beautiful arranged table with food and drinks to nibble on. The class was small and intimate. Perfect for Luly could go around and help if needed. Everything was individually ready with all the materials cut to size. She took me out of my comfort zone and made you feel like a pro. The class was two hours and I left with the most gorgeous succulent garden and the best mother daughter date I could have hoped for. I can not recommended creative cove enough. From the makers market to craft club you will always be leaving with creative and unique pieces. Not to mention they have a beading workshop upstairs. Still need to check out that class but I know it will be amazing after the two great experiences I had here.
