A few things really stood out to me: 1. They provided a quote with their response. I contacted a few different junk removal services I found via Yelp to see if they could remove my couch (surprisingly, the only company that never even bothered responding to me is the company that was ranked #1 in the area and had a ton of glowing reviews--and I both called AND e-mailed them). Omar responded to me within hours and provided a shockingly reasonable quote in his response. He also offered to come by the following day. I had already made an appointment with another company, but that company would not provide a quote without coming by first and had already cancelled on me once. I knew I was not going to get a better price than the one I received from Omar, so I decided to cancel with the other company and do business with Fins Up instead. 2. Punctuality. They showed up exactly when they said they would. That NEVER happens in Miami. 3. They did not stray from their quote. I had described the couch as a four-piece sectional, but I don't think they were expecting it to be quite as large as it was. The pieces were too large to fit in my building's elevator and needed to be carried down a flight of stairs, so that made its removal much more difficult. Regardless, when I asked Omar how much I owed him, he responded with the quote he initially gave me. He could have responded, "Well, I know I quoted you this, but...", but he didn't. I really appreciated that. They are a family-owned business and told me they have encountered so many people who have been grossly overcharged by other junk removal companies. That's not Fin's Up's game. I can tell. 4. There was no language barrier. I don't mind if a service provider doesn't speak perfect English. I've lived in Miami for 10 years and still speak zero Spanish, so who am I to judge? But when a service provider shows up at my house speaking ZERO English, it makes everyone's job a lot harder. That was not an issue with Fins Up. 5. Their Yelp profile pic is Ned Stark. Who doesn't love Ned Stark?

They came and picked up all the leftover things in the house and distributed to local charities for us. My daughter contracted them to do my grand daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration, it was scheduled for January 2025. It rained on that day and since they DO NOT give refunds we had to reschedule for another day. We ended up using the reservation instead for a Mother's Day Gathering on Sunday, 5/11/2025 at 6:30 pm. We were SO EXITED because five generations in our family (Mothers, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Grand Children) were looking forward to experience our first luxury and unforgetable Picnic by the beach curated by a perfectionist as they claim in their social media profiles. HOWEVER, the experience turned out to be a complete NIGHTMARE! Definitely UNFORGETABLE IN A VERY BAD WAY! We had purchased the VIP Package that included a Large Charcuterie Board, Champagne, Waters & Ice, plus Pastries. Our booking was for 10 people, we ended up being 7 people. There was NO food for 7 people! They showed up with a SMALL plate with a tiny bunch of green grapes, stale crackers, scarce pieces of cubed cheap cheese and insufficient dated salami. One bottle of Champaign and about 10 small 4 oz waters with very little ice. Plus, NO PASTRIES! According to them the pastries went bad and they threw them away! We found ourselves in the middle of the sand, expected to be there for 3 hours, 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm without food or drinks! What kind of perfect picnic is this? Service is HORRIBLE!!! We ended up leaving at 8:30 pm hungry, thirsty and did not even ate that evening because nearby restaurants were full with long wait-list since it was Mother's Day. This was our WORST MOTHER'S DAY EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES! DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING PICNICMECRAZYY FOR ANYTHING! Last, but not least, my daughter shared her negative experience with them, plus I did as well, and they felt they did everything perfect and there was no feeling of being heard, or wanting to please a customer that was NOT SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
