This is a slightly delayed review and pertains to an accident that I had in 2018 and was resolved in the summer of 2020 (shows the process of potential lawsuits and what one deals with in terms of insurance and communication). Nonetheless, I cannot express as to how amazing YMPK Law was through my entire ordeal with resolving an accident that totaled my relatively new vehicle back in September 2018 (car was driven off the lot in May). Upon the consultation, which I had with Gurgen the next day after the accident, the wheels began to turn and the YMPK team took care of me from the get-go! They connected me to medical staff that helped myself and my partner, who was a passenger in the accident, and began to communicate with the opposing party and his insurance, getting witness testimonies, and also working with my insurance to take care of the expenses pertaining to my vehicle. Insurance companies, especially small ones, are NOTORIOUS for dragging their feet when it pertains to a claim filed against them - that is one thing that people fail to understand when filing a claim against an insurance due to a vehicle accident. So keep that in mind. However, Gurgen, Mike, and Vardan took care of me through the two years of feet dragging that the opposing insurance pushed us through. Not only did they help me secure a total loss on my vehicle, they also ensured that the amount I owed on the car was paid for, extra expenses and payments that I made to the vehicle were reimbursed to me by the insurance, medical expenses were taken care of for myself and my partner, AND we both got a great settlement after everything was said and done. Most importantly, they provided me a complete understanding of the entire process behind the lawsuit and the communication as it pertains to a vehicle accident and mentorship - I was exploring law school while I was dealing with the accident, and has helped me tremendously in understanding the procedure now that I am a current law student!
