Juan was very informative and helpful in the case that I was inquiring about. Although he was unable to help me he explained in it's entirety why I couldn't be represented. It made sense once he explained and broke it down how the law works and how people can be treated if you don't have all your evidence to be presented properly. My case was a slip and fall in which the store didn't have video footage for the day of injury. So they said that they had mats on the floor to prevent slip and fall accidents from happening which they didn't. They put the mats down after the fact. So of course I didn't have a case.
