Lovely! It's a delight to have a local yoga studio that's so convenient and reliable. Several of the teachers, especially the long-termers, are truly great at making even the newest and stiffest among us feel welcome, involved and enthused about practising yoga. Some of their classes get so full that I'm tempted to erase this review and keep the place as my best-kept secret to avoid overcrowding, but that just wouldn't be fair! The range of classes, from cardio sculpt to A1 beginners, heated and room-temp, make it addictive to keep returning and trying more. The well-maintained website makes it easy to plan when to attend and which teacher you'll be working with. I got thoroughly hooked when I took advantage of the $10-for-10-days unlimited newbie deal - get 'em while they're hot! After that finishes, though, $17 per drop-in class might pinch your wallet a little, so I'd go for the '20-pack' of lessons lasting 6 months as the best deal. Try - enjoy - return. I absolutely love this studio. I like that the space is intimate, and the teachers get to know you. I don't think I've taken a class here that I haven't enjoyed. The first 30 days of yoga for $30 deal is wonderful and I was definitely hooked after that. They have really reasonable prices compared to many other yoga studios in the county. This was the first yoga studio I ever went to (when I was 14) and to be honest, I went to other studios, moved across the country for college, etc... and no matter what, I always end up back here. Everyone affiliated with this studio whether it's the owners, the teachers, the yogis, etc.. are the best people you will ever meet. Asana fit is like a giant family. When you sign up, you aren't just getting a few yoga classes, you are acquiring a full family and support system. The classes are phenomenal and the teachers are seriously like the best of the best. I volunteered to work the front desk on Saturday mornings through their karma yogi program and seriously did it for almost a year because I loved it so much. I have nothing but good things to say about this studio (I no longer work here on Saturdays or even go because I have relocated to LA so this is strictly my own opinion). YNG Yoga is the BEST! I've been loving their heated YNG HOT 26 and SHRED'YNG classes, BEST workout ever, it's the perfect mix of intense and soulful. The instructors are top notch, Deborah and Debby are AMAZING, and they also play really good music. I feel incredible after each class. I've not only lost weight, but my joints and various injuries (shoulder, back, achilles) feel way better after doing one month of hot yoga then I spent doing 3-4 months of Physical Therapy. My daughter loves the KID'YNG non-heated yoga (ages 8-18) as well and really enjoys her instructor, Kylie. My son even commented on how relaxed he felt after just spending 10 minutes inside the warm and (good smelling) waiting room. There's honestly a class for everyone at this studio, and they have showers as well. Located right near the nice downtown area of San Clemente. Just go, it's a great spot with really good people. read more

I was not a big fan of yoga until I found Asana FIT. I love the Asana Sculpt classes. It's a good combination of yoga and strength training - killer workout. I've also taken the Asana 1, 1.5, and 2 classes which are great too. The instructors are friendly and knowledgable. I like the atmosphere of the studio, very inviting and comfortable. I would love to see more classes, especially yoga sculpt, offered in the non-heated room. All in all I love Asana FIT and highly recommend it. read more

What a cute ans nice yoga studio! I like that they have drop in classes. I took their hot yiga class and it was a workout! I must say that i felt so destressed and stretched more after this hot class than after a regular yoga class. The staff is nice and my instructor was awesome. They offer 30 days for $30 which is an awesome chance to try out all of the different types of classes they offer. Keep in mind one size does not fit all, you have to try out different class styles and see what works best for you individually. Deborah signed me up just a few days ago, she has an awesome vibe about her. She also has so much knowledge to offer, very personable as well. She truly gives her classes her all, which makes you want to engage and perform at your best! If you're looking to start your day off on a positive note, this is the place to be! Asana FIT is THE BEST! it has become my place of spiritual worship, my chiropractor and my yoga studio. The instructors are all kind and full of energy! I'm constantly being pushed to be the best I can be, not just while practicing my poses but as a person out in the world. ASANA FIT offers so many options for classes, I can never say I'm "not in the mood" they have a class for EVERY mood I'm in lol. I look forward to seeing everyone and participating in the classes as much as I look forward to going home after a long day at work. Asana fit has become my escape, yet I leave class feeling more grounded and connected to myself, the people around me and the earth. I definitely recommend Asana to ANYBODY and EVERYBODY. The classes were ok but the business policy of the studio hardly reflects the yoga philosophy. I was given a gift of classes by my daughter. I used two classes but when work became busy, I didn't try to use the remaining classes for six months. When I appeared to take a yoga class, I was told the money my daughter had already paid them had "expired". How does that happen?? When I questioned the policy, I was told you can put an expiration date even on classes that have been paid for. What Bruce, the owner, failed to understand was that four of us had bought one another classes as gifts around the New Year. Asana Fit just lost four customers. Beware of rapacious yogis!! read more

I am very picky about my yoga studio and teachers. I have been doing yoga for several years, and tried several studios in OC. I really loved Asana Fit. The studio has a great ambiance, and the teachers are great. I have tried several classes there and I am very happy with them, they offer a great variety. My favorites are Jessica and Bree's class! The vibe there has definitely changed over the years & has become more business-like. The owners do not seem to know much about the ways of yoga either. That being said, I know a lot of the teachers there are good teachers & good people. I personally do not practice there any longer, but I miss the a lot of the people there. read more
