They have a few regular sandwiches that they make fresh (i.e. not premade), as well as a "build your own" option on the menu. My go to is their Italian sub on a crispy baguette. It comes stuffed with ham, prosciutto, and salami as well as a slice of cheese. You do get to customize the green stuff, which for me is fresh lettuce, tomatoes, red peppers, and their little cornichons (baby pickles). As far as dipping sauces, they have the usual oil and balsamic as well as a lightly creamy vinaigrette, which to me had a slight hint of spiciness. I loved it!
