I was taking a 5 hour trip with my little girls and broke down half way. I stoped at the gas station got gas, got back in my car and my engine check light was on, trac off and my AC was blowing outside hot air. I couldn't reset it or do anything, my AC was kicking in and out. So I found nearest AutoZone and hocked up the computer it said that the engine coolant sensor was low, it was Friday after 2 they said no shop would take me in until Monday, but recommend me to go to Schedules Auto that they might be the only ones who can help me. Sure enough I called in and they said bring it in and we will fix you up and do whatever needs to be done to get you back on the road. So I pulled up and let my truck run while I went in the shop and spoke to them, they told me pull around the back of the shop, so I got in my truck pulled around and as I was pulling in towards the doors to the shop my truck started making very loud crazy noise and smoke started coming out from under my hood. So they told me immediately to kill it. So after they inspected it was that engine coolant sensor that was bad, the fan cooling clutch and the thermostat was bad, so it prevented the gauges to show anything, and the engine was running so hard that it would go into limbo mode where it would disable AC and all the buttons, like AC bottoms, cruise control etc. So those guys couldn't find a part that I needed after 3 pm on. Friday, they called around every town around them within an hour drive and finally found one in Palestine and drove 40 min there and back to get it for me. They brought us cold water to drink, offered their pizza to eat and entertainment till they were done with our vehicle, I've never seeing anyone working so hard to try to help someone who was stranded in the middle of their trip! Those guys were awesome . So after 4 hr and $455 which was not bad at all, with all the time they put in and trips they made for me, I was back on the road, and everything was fixed! I made it safe to my destination and my truck runs great! I am so thankful to those guys! If I didn't live 2.5 hr from them I would be a customer for life! And I highly recommend them to anyone, they are down to earth and simply great people! Thank you guys again! God Bless y'all!
