The class itself was just us. We were able to ask questions and felt like we gained knowledge without being overwhelmed. Everything was very smooth. It was nice because we made the first dish (and prepped for the second), then ate, then went back to cook the next and ate, and the third dish (dessert) was brought to us. I feel like this helped enjoy each aspect and not over eat. We were able to take home the food we didn't eat too. They also gave a little brochure of what we made so we could make again. My colleagues and I just happened to walk by it as a happy accident and went in on 2/4/2024. The woman working there was just delightful. Eager to show us everything and had answers to all of our questions. None of us left empty-handed. They have oils and balsamics to taste test and again, just wow! Such a neat, tidy little shop with one of the best store ambassadors I've ever met. It really made my day. I can't wait to try what I bought.

Tip: set a reminder on Yelp because the wait time for a 1:00pm timeframe was over 160 minutes! The Yelp wait time is pretty accurate in my opinion. Ordered the chicken and waffles: they come with chicken strips cut up on top of 4 triangle waffles. They were good but just personal preference, could have done without the red pepper flakes on the dish. Also, had the veggie omelette with added sausage and the small pancakes. I will say their drink and cocktail list had a good variety of unique options. Ambiance is modern and stylish with bar area seating with a tv as well as dining area.
