We came here because my friend loves a restaurant that serves breakfast all day, because I eat vegan, and because they have a parking lot. My friend liked that you could choose any of their house made breads for her French toast, and went with carrot cake. I got the much raved about Almond Layer Cake (vegan pancakes, vegan vanilla cream filling, blueberries, strawberries, granola, vegan vanilla glaze, coconut whipped cream), a side of fruit, and a side of hashbrowns: - the pancakes were enormous, but... just okay. I didn't have any cream filling in mine. The blueberries seemed to be baked inside the batter. There were just a few granola bits. Overall, the whole thing was quite dry. And I'm unsure where the almond flavor was. - the fruit seemed a bit old, but still appreciated the mixture of berries and melon and pineapple. - the hashbrowns were so, so sadly undercooked (see photos) and not seasoned at all. If you're gonna order these, ask for them VERY WELL done, and maybe yours will have some of that crispy golden brown fry to them. - the iced latte (despite getting additional shots of espresso) was so sugary sweet, kinda like drinking cake; I wasn't able to take more than a few sips of it. While the food was mediocre, the hospitality was an 11/10. The host, our server (so patient! so friendly! so accommodating!), and several other staff checked in on us frequently. It feels like family for the long-time regulars. The space is well-lit, comfortable, and conducive to conversation. My wife had her favorite dish, the banana bread toast, with two eggs of her choice. She savored every bite. I opted for the Build Your Own Omelet (BYO), choosing cream cheese along with onions, tomatoes, avocado, basil, and hollandaise sauce. My side was Texas-style French toast. The portion sizes were perfect and kept us satisfied until dinner. On weekends, it's best to arrive early, as there tends to be a wait list if you go later. So I found them on a search for GF restaurants. Very nice atmosphere. I was recommended the GF Biscuits and Gravy or the GF Waffles. I ordered the GF Biscuits and GF Gravy. I hadn't had any in years. This was truly Amazing. I also got to sample the GF coffee cake with a butter/cinnamon sauce. WOW! I had to order one to go. Morgan (my server) was so very helpful. I will definitely be going back. This is a cozy restaurant in a strip mall/plaza. The service was good. The restaurant was not busy (Monday morning). They offer a lot of healthy versions of traditional breakfasts but the food is overall bland. I had a brown sugar waffle and although it was the crispiest waffle I have ever had it had a gritty texture. The hash browns had no seasoning or flavor and were still cold. The kids meal did have a very large pancake and came with bacon and sausage. The other meal was okay but again not a lot of flavor. As far as pricing is higher in comparison to other breakfast places and they have a surcharge automatically applied on all bills apart from gratuity. The waffle did not come with any sides. The toppings are all extra. The eggs Benedict also did not come with any type of bread option. Overall the pricing seemed okay but you don't get sides included like you would at other breakfast places. read more

Decided to stop by Noble for a last minute brunch before the holiday weekend and was pleasantly surprised at the offerings! We arrived around 11:30 but there was a wait of about 30 minutes but we threw our name and number down and they called within 10 minutes! We were promptly seated and greeted by our server. The menu was pretty robust of both breakfast and lunch menus. It was a bit overwhelming to have so many options but they did split it out pretty well by category. We opted to try a variety of things, including their brown butter waffles, pancakes and omelette! I wanted to try their breakfast pizza but was told they were out so ordered the Waffle Benedict instead. The serving sizes were robust and everyone enjoyed their meals. The waffle was extremely crisp and filled with flavor and didn't need syrup but definitely added to the flavor. Though while I love Eggs Benedict, I'll probably consider sticking with the traditional and enjoying their waffles on its own. Together, the flavors weren't as I wished. I loved them separately! I have been here twice now (once pre-pandemic and just recently in the last few weeks) and I have been super pleased both times. The food is DELICIOUS. One of my best friends has a dairy allergy and the menu at Noble is very accommodating with lots of substitutions and options for people with specific allergies. They are definitely busy for breakfast on weekends so expect a wait most of the time though they do have a ton of seating which is good. My friend went for the mitten breakfast pizza which I got to try and it was pretty good! I love that it came on a Michigan shaped serving platter as well as the pizza being shaped like Michigan. Super cute. My breakfast platter with over hard eggs, bacon, and hash browns as well as a chocolate chip pancake was literally so good. Everything hit the spot and was cooked to perfection. My other friend with the allergy got a meat lovers omelette and was happy with her choice since she normally can't eat foods like this at other restaurants. Only reason for docking a star was because I got a glass of chocolate milk and my friend got a glass of orange juice (they were literally HUGE glasses, I couldn't even drink half of mine) and it was $4.50 which seems insane just for a glass of milk or juice and there wasn't an option to get a smaller size on the menu.. our server was also a little rude/awkward but I just chalked it up to them being super busy and possibly understaffed. We still love The Noble even if there are a few kinks along the way. We were greeted by a young hostess that told us we may not sit in the booth because she had just seated someone in that server's section. We have young kids, so I pressed the question asking and stating that we would really prefer a booth because of our children's active bodies. Eventually, she relented and seated us at a drafty booth spot. I kept my coat on the entirety of the meal. Our server, Sarah was prompt and kind. She took our order and any mistakes made were quickly corrected with a smile. They have a new kids menu, we preferred their old one more, as it was more comprehensive. We were disappointed that we had to pay an extra 50 cents for a tiny container of yogurt when our 4 year old's meal was literally toast, yogurt and a tiny container of strawberries for $5 and an extra dollar for a drink. Her yogurt was gone in a flash! My son enjoyed his slider, but the fries were lacking in our opinion. Oily and tasted like they had been re-fried. My noble nosh was delicious and the side of fruit accompanying was a good mix of berries and melon. Hubby liked his waffle breakfast sandwich and Sarah kept our coffees warm and full. Overall, we love The Noble, though there could've been some things improved upon to make this a 5 star review. read more

I ordered the BANANA BREAD FRENCH TOAST (housemade banana bread, sliced bananas, roasted pecans, powdered sugar) with the cinnamon butter syrup. This was INSANELY good. I only want french toast made from banana bread from now on! Move over brioche! I liked that it wasn't too sweet as it's really easy for a decadent dish like this way, way too sugary. The roasted pecans were salted, so they added a nice pop of savoriness and texture! The cinnamon butter syrup was so comforting and DELICIOUS. I added turkey bacon for $3.50.
