The teachers include lighting adjustments and music well. The music is carefully chosen- not distracting. The 10 Class pass and the 20 class pass options make it budget- friendly. (Many studios don't even offer options like these.) ABOUT THE HEAT: If you're heat sensitive like me, I recommend skipping poses, or even entire sequences, and only do exactly WHAT YOU FEEL LIKE DOING, and not a single pose more. You may find that the heat starts to become a welcomed friend, instead of something to fight against.

This is not a "traditional" yoga studio in that you will not hear Sanskrit, Ohms, references to bhandas and other aspects of the traditional practice that you may miss if that is important to you. It was very noticeable to me at first but over time I have gotten used to their take on the practice and I value and appreciate their place in the yoga community! I have been to a handful of classes so far, and continue to look forward to meeting the staff and trying new classes. There is no doubt about it that this is one of the greatest yoga studios that I have ever been to, and I'm so thankful that it is near my home. They have a range of classes and instructors and many options to choose from including times. Since I've been active with exercise for over 40 years, I have some limitations because of past injuries. I've been able to work around that in each class. I would say as a newbie to Pilates, it's a great addition to an existing exercise program. I don't necessarily think that it is something you can depend on for your only source of working out, however. But all the same, it is really fun.

Equipment needed is minimal . Peg provides a workout that includes a cardio program as well as toning and will tailor the plan according to the individual client's needs and wishes . I recommend this program to anyone interested in working out away from a traditional gym setting .
