For someone as active as me, it's a challenge to sit still while my brain keeps itching to dive into problem-solving and goal-setting. But I adapted. During my walk, I saw a deer! It was such a magical moment--we walked together for a bit, with him leading the way and me following. Thankfully, he didn't attack me (I was close), but I think he felt good energy from me. On another note, I'm fully embracing the vegan diet here, and my body is loving it. I wasn't eating meat before except for chicken, but now I don't even feel the need to buy chicken anymore.
