The space is really gorgeous, a high ceiling-ed renovated barn in the Pennsylvania School of the Performing Arts, which has all these awesome giant posters of past shows. Renee, the instructor, was very nice and helpful. I think it was a holiday and there was only one other person in the class, which made it really intimate and wonderful. The heater was a bit noisy, and I remember the music being awkwardly loud for some reason. The class itself was a bit slow and not challenging enough for my liking, but still very relaxing. My mom and sister, who don't do yoga as much, really enjoyed it and found it challenging enough. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area and find Yogasphere too crowded! Prices were reasonable from what I remember. From their website, it looks like they have class outdoors by the lily pond in the summer, will definitely have to check that out next time I'm home and it's nice out!

The studio feels clean, classes range from challenging to restorative, and they offer refreshing electrolyte water and cool towels! Each class also varies in heat (some warmer than others) which is nice to help loosen up the muscles, especially since we're sitting in odd positions all day. Instructors have dynamic flows planned so we're not doing the same moves over and over again, which some teachers tend to do and have me wondering when the class will end! I've been to flow and stretching classes with Jeni also with Katra and I consistently do 26&2 with Hannah who o also did a private session where she really helped me better understand the poses I was struggling with and gave me direction and guidance that was specific to my strengths and weaknesses . They are all so knowledgeable, patient , and they push you to go beyond where you think you can go. I can't wait to try out the other classes they offer . There is a great community here and everybody has been genuinely welcoming. So happy Jenny and Helene opened up this studio .

WHF is literally saving my life. I had a bad CT Calcium score which indicated the arteries of my…read moreheart were very plaqued. I had many tests in follow up to that test, most recent one an echo stress test. The whole time I did the test ,which was 10 mins on a treadmill, the team told me how well I was doing and told me to keep doing what I was doing at the gym, it really showed.
