I don't recommend Yummy Q. It is like throwing your money away. If you really like Jasmine tea. You can go to Chinatown or T&T and get a really big bag of Jasmine tea leafs for $3.99. There are two different locations, one in Mission (2312A - 4th Street SW) and one in the Calgary's Farmers Market (510 - 77th Avenue SE). I visited the one located in the Farmers Market. Once I spotted Cruffs, I dragged Spence over, I then drooled over the display. They offer a nice selection of coated mini cream puff which were (skor, rainbow chocolate, wafer crunch, cocoa nibs, the classic, toasted almond, cookie crumbs and toasted coconut) and for the filling, they only offered chantilly cream, hazelnut chocolate, strawberry and baileys that day. How it works is all the shells on display are empty. You choose a shell from the selection then choose the filling and then they'll fill the shell up! We purchased a total of 3 for $5.51 (coated mini are $1.75 each). I got the wafer crunch with the chantilly cream and a rainbow chocolate with strawberry filling. Spence got the toasted almond with hazelnut chocolate filling. Of course we couldn't wait so we had our cruffs right away. I found that once you bit into the cream puff, the filling shot out the other end....they are quite generous with the filling!! I'll definitely recommend the wafer crunch with chantilly cream, it's a really good combination!! There's a nice light crunch and then an explosion of cream, YUM! I believe they have a bigger selection at Mission, but either location is a definite must try!!

They aren't cheap but the quality makes it worth it. I would agree with a previous reviewer that the cream tends to squirt out, no matter how carefully you try to eat your Cruff. This might make them a bit of an awkward treat to bring to a dinner or party, as people may end up wearing their Cruff. Exploding filling aside, these are definitely worth putting on the guilty pleasure list.

Last weekend, I was at Sobeys and Righteous varieties were on sale. The amount of time that I spent looking at all the flavours probably would have melted the popsicles had I opened the freezer door. I settled for the dairy-free mango pineapple sorbetto. It felt like early summer with each spoonful. The flavours were so fresh and bright. I have repurposed the first empty container. It stores tea nicely. I also like that it's a clear container. I can simply look at it and know what's inside without unscrewing it. I recently found out that you can do pickup orders at its store in Calgary. I wish that I lived closer. I love the dairy-free line. Righteous has just introduced its plant-based line of ice cream.
