I also tried the o-matcha maple syrup & salt latte. The maple flavor is subtle & adds a little flavor to the matcha. I can't really taste the matcha in this drink either.

The drink was only replaced after I clearly explained my allergies to the staff member who was serving me. I was even charged an additional fee for making the drink iced that day. What I found hard to understand was that the same staff member asked me to leave a Google review at the time -- which is why I am writing this review today. This is a menu item I order regularly, which made the situation even more confusing. Overall, the repeated seating choices and lack of attentiveness made me feel uncomfortable and singled out as a customer. And when I do, I always buy all the red bean donuts they have ready on their display. On my most recent visit(yesterday), they were almost sold out and only had 2 left! Oh I was so sad! But we ended up buying some pizza bread and cinamon buns anyways so that made me happy right away. My favorite part about all their bread is that it's super fresh and their red bean bun, which is a family favorite, is filled with a tons of super tasty red bean filling and the bread itself is soft and chewy. It does tend to be a bit oily, but I could care less! It's soooo good! The bakery is family owned and the owners care about their customers a lot. I have never been disappointed with their service.
