I first came here for my mother's treatment, and they took great care of her and made sure everything was perfect. I later brought my dad too, and had the same great experience. The biggest surprise was my son--he used to be afraid of the dentist, but not anymore thanks to Dr. Audrey. Now she takes care of my whole family. They're also very honest. I came here multiple times already. First it was for a consultation and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Dr. Audrey Pan took her time to explain the issues and how they plan to resolve it. She was very patient, informative, and through with her explaination! I was referred out for 2 root canals and came back to Dr. Pan make and put in the porcelain crowns. The whole procedure took about 3 hours and Dr. Pan and her assistants were very careful and attentive to detail to make sure the crowns fit perfectly. And they did exactly that! Following that was for a cleaning and cavity filling. Everything went great, she always checked to make sure I was comfortable and was so gentle with the numbing needle! (the one thing that makes me super nervous due to having way too many bad experiences) I have stopped by for multiple cleanings so far and nothing has ever went wrong. For the last 2 years my family and I have been looking for a good, honest and trustworthy dentist. I looked everywhere, going through 3 dentist, well I guess I should say 3 facilities because I never seen the same dentist more than once. I don't have to look anymore, I found Pan pacific dentistry and they are amazing! Not once did she try to up-charge me or charge me for things I didn't need. She didn't try to do work that was not necessary. I went in for an emergency procedure and her and her team were phenomenal. They even called me later in the evening to check on me.
