I came here multiple times already. First it was for a consultation and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Dr. Audrey Pan took her time to explain the issues and how they plan to resolve it. She was very patient, informative, and through with her explaination! I was referred out for 2 root canals and came back to Dr. Pan make and put in the porcelain crowns. The whole procedure took about 3 hours and Dr. Pan and her assistants were very careful and attentive to detail to make sure the crowns fit perfectly. And they did exactly that! Following that was for a cleaning and cavity filling. Everything went great, she always checked to make sure I was comfortable and was so gentle with the numbing needle! (the one thing that makes me super nervous due to having way too many bad experiences) I have stopped by for multiple cleanings so far and nothing has ever went wrong.
