While the pork was pretty tasty when I tried a bite of his, my chicken was extremely dry, which was surprising because it was dark meat, bone-in. It was to the point where the drumstick had hard edges on it. I'm not sure if it was just an off day or if this is the norm, but I was surprised given how everything else looked and tasted. Though the chicken is so tender it jumps (not even falls) right off the bone, the richly flavored but aqueous in consistency curry sauce pairs even better with the almost unbelievably more tender goat, which also adds a subtle meaty flavor to round out the sauce's complexity. An extra serving of curry sauce is also provided to drizzle over the rice, dip meat into, or take home to bathe in later. The oxtails are also amazing in their own way, though if your palate is more westernized and averse to textures, this may not be the dish for you... but you'd be a fool not to at least try it. Man, you just can't get this kind of, nor this good of food most places!
