We also don't live in the area, so leaving and "hoping" to return wasn't a realistic option. If the kitchen was backed up, that's understandable -- but the lack of accommodation, empathy, or even basic courtesy made us feel unwelcome. First impressions matter, and this experience felt less like managing a wait and more like being brushed off. I can't speak to the food because we never got the chance to try it, but based on customer service alone, I wouldn't recommend this place -- especially to families or out-of-town visitors.
