DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH…read more Car is a 2011 bmw x5 diesel with 70k on it. Very well maintained vehicle and full PPF on front end. They will scratch your car and then tell you it's your own fault and that they are not liable. I am now filing a lawsuit with them. For unfaithful business and customer negligence of customer property while under their care. Their brushes will cut your cars paint up and scratch it in a circular motion that Their brushes move in. And mark up your entire car. Marked up all 4 of my doors and even rear bumper. Nothing on front end because car has full PPF This new corporate company that bought cloister is a total joke. they will act different after this suit I'm sure. They will call you all friendly and then say you are a liar and you have to sue us for anything to get anywhere.... they think no one will do it.... They pissed off a guy who will spend 10k to make a point now... I'm 1 step away from opening up a competition. Closest possible to make a point now 1st pic I posted is what they did to my moms driver door. They clearly are not claiming responsibility, told me to get ahold of my lawyer almost gas lighting me...not knowing I'll make a point out of them over the amount of money it costs... I'm sure who ever reads this has already gone there and know they are a bunch of young kids thinking they know it all... and I'm also not the only one this has happened too either.... Watch who touches your car if you have one you care about.... These guys won't! Should loose their busisness license. I'll keep people on here updated with law suit status They caused almost 5k in damage maybe more... ( 4 doors need re painted) They got some 20 something year old hot shot who things he's gifted, managing a York pa car wash that screws people ls cars up. Doesn't look like anyone is happy latly.... let me know if you have damage to your car from them.... I'll put you on my lawsuit for FREE! Picture is of drivers door.

We regularly spend over $30 at Mister Car Wash and have been willing to drive past closer options…read morebecause we liked the service. That changed after our most recent visit. Our Lexus factory floor mats were not put back under the rubber mats. I only discovered this later while cleaning the car out of town. When I contacted them through their complaint process, I received polite automated-style replies thanking me for contacting Mister Car Wash and promising that a team member would reach out. Instead I got another generic message saying they received my inquiry, asking for patience, and telling me not to submit multiple requests. No one confirmed whether they still had the mats or offered any real help--just that I should come in and look myself. I'm disappointed. The wash itself has been fine, but losing the factory mats and getting only form responses after paying premium prices is not acceptable. We'll check in person as suggested, but until this is resolved we're left feeling the extra drive and cost weren't worth it.

One the front line in the territorial war between Sheetz and Wawa, this location is ideally located…read morefor folks headed toward the airport, Lancaster, or the Turnpike. While the parking lot is a typical example of Sheetz' infatuation with sadistic BF Skinner fantasies, this location is generally run well. The staff is friendly and makes eye contact. They respond to lines building up at the checkout. The kitchen is usually moving quickly and the orders are kicked out promptly. The store is generally clean, including the bathrooms which - while not pristine - are rarely nightmare levels of filth you'd see along the highway. It's easy to frind grab-and-go items and there are a lot of pre-wrapped food items to choose from if you just need to gas up and go. This location will get you through the queue quickly. The Beer Cave is often crowded and cramped with product that can't be stocked from the palate, making it hard to get to stock in the back. My main issue with Sheetz is more about the brand. What used to be a go-to spot for decent food has become more of an expensive roller-grill with the kind of subs that you can get wrapped out of a gas station cooler. As Wawa shows up in Central PA, there is a clear difference in quality for about the same price on similar items. When flying in or out of Harrisburg, I'll order lunch from Wawa even if the price of gas is much higher there, just so I don't have to settle for airport fare. But on Lindle Road, I know I'll get quality service so I don't have to make an extra food stop in the neighborhood if I need to keep moving. While Sheetz is obsessive about its branding, that WOW feeling is no longer matched by the kind of radical culinary offerings and quality that made it more than "gas station cuisine" and as someone who discovered this place long ago at IUP during an overnight pub crawl in the late 90s, it's come a long way but in the wrong direction.
