Following the repossession, we repeatedly requested an invoice so we could promptly resolve the matter and retrieve our vehicle. Despite multiple requests, you failed to provide an invoice in a timely manner while continuing to add fees. This delay prevented us from mitigating costs and recovering our property. You later increased the demand to $1,300 plus an additional $500 for delivery back to our lot. Acting in good faith and solely to recover the vehicle, we agreed to the $500 delivery fee. Despite this, we were informed that your company filed a lien on the vehicle. We dispute all unauthorized charges and dispute the validity of any lien filed. The additional fees resulted from unilateral actions and delays caused by your company, not by any agreement on our part. We request immediate written documentation supporting the lien, a detailed itemized invoice, confirmation that no further fees will be added, and cooperation to release the vehicle upon payment of agreed and reasonable charges only. Then I got another update saying 12-46 minutes, and I figured, yeah, that sounds more realistic. But let me tell you--Sean 2.0 showed up in exactly 12 minutes. Exactly the first ETA. He jumped my car, got the battery started, and was done in just a few minutes. Quick, professional, and efficient. I have never, ever, ever received roadside assistance this fast.
