They came fully prepared with all their own supplies, which made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was given attention, and it was clear they took pride in their work. From scrubbing hard-to-reach areas to leaving the floors shining, they exceeded all expectations. The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! My parents were so happy with how everything turned out, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort this team put into making their home feel like new again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and professional cleaning service!

So everything is literally covered by layers of dust, cigarette tar, saw dust. I probably did not stress the level of messiness clearly, and they were surprised by the amount of work needed. But even so, they managed to bring in more people and held up their guarantee to complete the work same day. The house is 10 times better after the cleaning. The clean was so detailed everything is sparkling and even old unfinished wood is much cleaner (which I didn't think you can effectively clean). Price is reasonable and communication is easy and fast. Downright the best cleaning team I've used.

This is a warning- We actually found the maids through Yelp. I wish I read the Google reviews before booking but I went through a Yelp search for cleaning services here in Orange County. I was specifically looking for a service to clean the house before we moved in. Here's the rundown: overpriced and underdelivered. I specifically chose The Maids because of a few factors: they claimed to clean EVERYTHING (windows, doors, walls, ceiling fans, doors, appliances etc.. but they don't), they use disinfecting cleaners which is important in our Covid world, they specifically focused in move in/move out cleaning which is what we needed before our big move in, and I was able to talk to someone about every expectation before booking. I was very clear and even received a confirmation email for all the work that would be done. Please don't be fooled by any of the above because nothing was left as expected. They left the house doing half the job- soap scum still in the shower, dirty windowsills that weren't even touched, a dirty microwave and stove, hand prints on windows and walls were still everywhere (from the previous tenant who had kids), and a broken carbon monoxide detector because it was knocked off the wall. After the crew left we we noticed all the issues- the dirty appliances that were never cleaned, the dirt still on the windowsills, the smudges on the windows, and the other doors/walls/other surfaces that didn't look like they were touched. It wasn't what I was expecting for a crew of 4 people at $220 per hour. When I informed the sales manager of the issues I was told different stories and excuses for different issues. They did offer for a crew to come back for a cleaning but we were already in the process of moving our belongings in and had started to clean what they had failed to. I was extremely unimpressed with this lackluster service, especially for the cost. It was silly to pay someone for what was originally supposed to be delivered and we had to do ourselves. The best they could offer was knocking an hour off for a job half done. My suggestion would be to book another service.
