Matthew called and said he was on his way from another local area near where I live. I was concerned about how the carpet would come out because there were a lot of stains from pets and other traffic over the years. I am very happy with the results. All the stains came out even The many spots in the carpet that were bleached out because of using pet stain cleaner to get rid of urine. I would highly recommend using this carpet cleaning service. This is probably the most unreliable company in the area. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. I followed up with the company the day before to ensure that we were all set for day/time. The say of the appointment, the tech never arrived, nor called. When I called Oxi to find out what was going on, they we're unable to reach the tech or the franchise owner. 2 hours go by and after saying they would get me rescheduled with another tech, not only did they not do that, they never called me back. Instead, 4 hours later, I received an impersonal email that my appt has been cancelled. Obviously! I was using this company to do a move out carpet cleaning, do not use them.
